This hidden gem is not easy to find as the small hotel is accessible only via a quite narrow entrance that allows you to impressively demonstrate your driving and parking skills. After having managed this little challenge you will be greeted by the friendly, helpful and multilingual staff. Rooms are impeccably clean, some come with balcony from where you can...

My wife and I both thoroughly loved staying at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, considerate and helpful. Nellie (the owner) was a joy to talk with and get to know. We learned so much of what has happened here in Mostar as well as Bosnia in general. Her staff were helpful in every way, from the check...

The location is great. Short walk to the old bridge. Lots of history in the area and a truly rewarding experience. They were very helpful with tour ideas and restaurant recommendations. The garden in back was peaceful and coffee and pastry were offered on our arrival

Stayed for one night in Room 8, a gorgeous top-floor with its own balcony overlooking the town rooftops. The place is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, and a 5-10 minute walk from the Old Bridge. Owner went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was generous. Had everything I needed...

My husband and I visited Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina and spent our 25th anniversary in Mostar at Villa Fortuna. It was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Nella and Nina made us feel welcome and at home, Lana – the tour guide Nella arranged for us - gave us a wonderful tour of the city with all the...

Upon the recommendation of a friend, I spent six working days in Mostar and I had a “base”b at Villa Fortuna. If you are on a business trip, and you need a stable internet, choose Fortuna. Rich breakfast, exquisite garden in the oriental style, with a fountain and picturesque exhibition of valuable historical objects is only part of the reason...
