it's called HOSTEL MIRAN because it's his hostel. he owns it. he also lives there with his family and Miran has done an excellent job with the small space that he has. the kitchen is tiny (cooking can be done, just storage is nonexistent). not industrial-grade or massive. but help yourself to tea and turkish coffee, it's free. expect to...

Hostel Miran has a great, cozy and warm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the hostel has also a nice kitchen, lounge and garden. But what really helped us were the amazing tours they offer. The nature is amazing in this part of Herzegovina and we got a lot of information. Miran was really helpful with helping us in Mostar...

Hostel Miran is within 5 minutes of the bus stop (a huge relief after a long journey from Skopje) and a very cosy and clean place to stay. Firstly, I would 100% recommend this hostel, and Miran's tour. We had the double room which was a little cramped but comfortable and clean, with wifi and AC/heating. Miran and his wife...

If you are looking for a affordable and cosy Hostel in Mostar, this is a very good choice! The staff is great, and they offer some of the best trips in the area! The location is right in between the bus station and the old town, so you are close to everything. The breakfast and common areas were something I...

I went to Mostar with my girlfriend, we both went on the tour with Miran, he was very informative, funny and brought us to amazing places. He explained the history of Mostar & Bosnia- Herzegovina really well and we had such an amazing day, this is a must do trip! Thanks again,John & Catia

The hostel is close to Mostar center, 5 minutes of walking to the iconic bridge. Both bedroom and shared bathroom were clean. But what makes this place a special experience is surely the staff, particularly Miran himself! His passionate tour around Mostar is worth the stay in the hostel. During the trip across Herzegovina, he shared his personal experiences on...

From the moment you get to the hostel you are treated like part of the family; so along with being warm and welcoming Miran is happy to have a joke and laugh with you straight away! The beds are comfy, shower is great and the breakfast is the best included breakfast I've had in the Balkans! I did Miran's War...

Hostel Miran is one of those special hostels where you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The owner Miran is a very generous, hilarious and interesting man who spends lots of time getting to know the guests which is very special - not many hostel owners ever do this. Miran's Herzegovina Tour was one of...

The hostel itself was ok, basic double room, bathroom ok (not always clean but nothing you can't handle), located close to the Old Town. Still, I would never return -the manager was very disrespectful towards my wife. Whenever she would spoke he would rudely interrupt and start talking to me like she is not even there, usually he wouldn't even...

Hostel Miran is by far the one and only choice for a place to stay in Mostar. The rooms are cleaned daily with a great breakfast (loved the chocolate spread). The location simply could not be better. Less than a five minute walk from the main bus station and train station (East Mostar) and a ten minute walk to the...

“When on the main room to the east of the hostel, look for the "Xerox" sign on the street (it will be on your left side if you're looking north). Go down this alley for about 200 feet. It will be on your left side and there's a very small sign about the door with the words "Miran" on it. There is another hostel just next door (Madjas), which also looked very nice so if Miran is full, I'd recommend trying this one as well.”
