Hotel officially 4 **** hotel is an average low overall quality. The building is beautiful and functional. Parking is very bad and small and does not meet the capacity of the hotel and you have to park in public parking lots which are quite expensive. The rooms are modestly furnished and the beds uncomfortable. The bathroom is small and pretty...

Hotel Ero in Mostar is a good solution. It's a big hotel 4 star ( old style fashion ), but quite good. The room was clean and acceptable. Breakfast was quote good and so rich of different kind of food. I had a problem with wi-fi don't work, but maybe was my problem. We had the possibility also for a...

This is a very basic hotel with a shower but no bath arranged for the whole packaged tour group. It is probably the least attarctive hotel where we stayed during the one-week Balkans trip. The buffet breakfast was not one with a very good variety though oddly I found a small lot of canned fish of which the stock lasted...

For only a 3 star hotel I found this hotel to offer a lot more. It is very bright, trendy and very clean. The reception and staff are welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are spacious, lots of sunlight and very clean also. I would definitely stay here again. I wish the UK and Ireland had direct flights to Mostar, as...

It old hotel with lot of potential but it looks like nobody cares for it's image. Our room was big with street wiew. It was frugally and not so clean, especially bathroom. It had central heathig and air-condition, but we didn't need any of it. In the mornig, there was lack of warm water - for the shower. Bathroom was...

If the major purpose of a hotel is to provide you with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, then this hotel doesn't make the grade. The bed was a thin pad on a platform, more like a futon than a mattress. The sheets were too small for the bed and wouldn't stay tucked in. The water was only...

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last ten years. It used to be one of the best hotels in Mostar, but now it is high time to be renovated and refurbished. Rooms are small and there is not much that can be done about that, but carpets, furniture, curtains etc. can be changed or, at least...

Ok, this hotel is a throwback to an earlier era and could use some renovation, but then the same could be said about much of Mostar which is still a work in progress as it heals from severe war wounds. Frankly, any more and it would seem out of place and not respectful of the battles that raged on surrounding...

I had cause to stay here for one night on business. A nice clean hotel. Food was good and free wifi on multiple devices throughout the hotel. The staff were superb. I needed an iron to iron a shirt and the staff wouldn't have it. The took the shirt returned it 10 mins later fully ironed. Superb service. Shopping centre...

This is a throwback to the communist era and the rooms are absolutely basic in the extreme. No hot water and reception shrugged their shoulders when we mentioned this. Breakfast is taken on large round communal tables. Very odd. About 20 minutes walk to town, do not stay here and do not book through Indus Experience of Harrow or 2001...
