Efbet Hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of Varna. The Efbet Casino is in the same building, so convenient if you're interested in gambling. On check-in, the front desk gave us a free "Pay 10 Lev, get 20 Lev free" coupon for use in the casino. The check-in staff were fine, spoke good English, and were very helpful.
The only problem we had was with car parking near the hotel. The hotel is located on a pedestrianised area, so you can't drive to the entrance itself. You have to find a parking space in streets further away and then carry your bags some distance to the hotel. We found a parking lot about three minutes walk away which cost 12 Lev for overnight parking.

Although efbet hotel is very center, a little hard to find if going by taxi as the hotel is in a pedestrian walkway and taxis can't get to it. The hotel is very clean but the rooms are very small. The staff was welcoming and very informative.

I normally stay at the same few hotels when travelling to Varna but tried somewhere different this time due to availability. I regret it enourmously.
This hotel was terrible. The staff were miserable and rude. The breakfast was not great. The aircon in the room was so loud, it was impossible to sleep with it on. This meant sleeping in the heat.
The room itself had tiny windows which made the room feel like a prison cell. It was gloomy and with all the brown colours just an unpleasent place to be. It didn't even have a kettle to make hot drinks - I had to go and ask for one.
The room was clean so I have given two stars instead of 1 but I absolutely would not stay here again.

Couldn't fault the accommodation. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and modern with fast wifi, a new TV, brilliant shower and even speakers in the bathroom.
The receptionists could not have been more helpful. They called us taxis, recommended local dishes and restaurants and even places to go on a rainy day.
The location is brilliant. It's right beside the main shopping area and within a few minutes walk to the street leading down to the beach front where there are tons of bars and restaurants.
The breakfast was very simple but there are so many places nearby to eat out. The coffee was nice.
Would love to stay here again!

The hotel is perfectly located on the main pedestrian street in Varna- you get quickly to the beach or to restaurants, and normal shops. We could choose from 4 breakfast (each day the same) but it was ok. The room was very clean, with a nice interrior. We were very, very satisfied- if we get back to varna we will go to this hotel.

I stayed to this hotel for 1 month because i had bussines in Varna, and my stay was excellent. The girls from the reception were very kind and helpful all the time,they were smiling and made my stay pleasant.I want to say that the cleaning is very important for me and the staff clean my room every day.The room was very elegant and comfortable,i had air conditioner,a big TV,minibar,etc.The bathroom was luxury and i was nicely surprised because i could hear music while i was in the bathroom( interesting idea).The breakfast is very good and also you can take lunch and dinner there because the cook is skilled and you will not regret it.The manager is a young girl and she tries to make your stay very comfortable. I like the way she manage this hotel! The hotel is located in the center of Varna,very closed to the beach and to other attractions.I was very happy that i chose this hotel and i am sure that if i will go to Vrana again i will stay to Oceanic Hotel.

Honesty, i was really positively surpiced. This hotel has nothing to compare many other Bulgarian hotels with former Sovjet style and smell. Casino and hotel has been made in a great sense of style with modern extras and materials, Location is the best you can deam on and service also as good as i never treasured before in Bulgaria. The girls working on the front desk are soooooo kind and smiling,..10 points!

The hotel is based above a bookies shop / gambling place. Not an auspicious place you'd think, but what the hotel provides is much better than you might expect.
The girls at reception were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Our room overlooked the square, and was bright, comfortable and clean.
The breakfast room is a bit strange, looking more like a bar than a place to dine, but once you get past that, and the sports showing on TVs around the room, you might be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.
In this hotel, you order breakfast from a menu rather than line up at a buffet. The selections during our stay included Bulgarian, English, Continental, Swedish and Sweedish Vegan Breakfasts! We tried a few of these over our 3-night stay, and were quite surprised with the quality of the ingredients - better indeed than the breakfasts served in some more upscale hotels. Fresh orange juice is also available for the asking. Yes, the sports bar like surroundings take a bit of getting used to, but the quality of the breakfast compensates for this.
Overall, great value, and a really enjoyable stay.

Super friendly receptionists. The hotel is within walking distance of everything a person needs; public transportation, pharmacies, shops of all kinds, and of course the beach. The room was very nice, and among the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever encountered. Comfortable bed, excellent shower/bathroom- perfect after a long day in the sun and heat. If you are in Varna, stay here.

We haven`t private parking, because we are located on the main square of the city, but we use parking place, which is located on "Musala" Str. 9 (2 minutes by walk from the hotel).
We have 2 car places there that our guests can use it for free, but you need to reserve it in advance.
If we don`t have free places for the period of your stay, you can use it, but you need to pay. The price is 10.00 BGN (~5 EUR) for 24 hours.
There are more places to choose from in the Varna area.
