The staff was quite rude and bad behaved . First day they tried to kick us out because they thought we are poor people or I don't know what they thought. Later after realising we had a reservation nothing changed much. The room has great view but it's quite small. The reconstruction is really bothering!

Do not stay at this hotel until renovations are over. 9 am starts the drill. Someone is breaking the wall next to you. Reception are rude. The answer is "we told you we are in construction". 2pm to 4pm no rest for you. Construction continues in full speed. Really bad choice.

I stayed here 2 nights for business. The location is excellent . You can visit everywhere. The breakfast lounge is small but choice is enough. The rooms are a little bit old. Casino I did not like so much.

The receptionists are incredibly incompetent and unable to make simple accommodations. For example: I had to book two reservations back to back, please combine it so i don't have to move... she assured me she had done it, it is now clear that she did nothing but smile and nod the entire 30 minute check in process. The building is old and wreaks of cigarette smoke, so don't come near if you happen to not smoke like me, and don't even think of bringing kids in. Only good thing is location but there are plenty of other accommodations so chose wisely.

Good location. Close to Sea Park and beach. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Well decorated, modern rooms and modern clean bathrooms with balcony. Breakfast served on top floor with excellent views; wide variety of breakfast items.

Unfriendly (at beast) staff, almost always noisy from the street. The hotel is under reconstruction wich affects the lobby as well (at this time). The deluxe room is at least nice in terms of size. I wouldnt recommend for anyone who would like to rest rather for those comeing for partying.

A very nice centrally located hotel in Varna. On the main pedestrian street leading to the beach. Parking garage under the hotel which was convenient. Hotel appeared under construction in lobby and parking garage. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the breakfast room can get pretty packed. Lifts were a bit small, and often were full so would have to wait for the next one. Would stay here again.

My favorite place in Varna! Comfortable rooms,amazing food and an unbelievable view. Perfect service. Parking is a little bit expensive,and you have to make a reservation for it,but it’s better then blue zone for your car. It coast only 8€ by taxi to go to the airport. The location is excellent. The restaurant is really good and not so expensive. THE VIEW!!!

Refurbished nice rooms (with some stains). Comfortable bed and bathroom. Good ac. Great location. Paid parking in basement. -But! the hotel is lacking some amenities. Breakfast room (and a la carte restaurant) was quite untidy and refill was slow/lacking. In addition there was some noise from hallway and neighbouring rooms. And what I dislike the most was the waterproof rubber sheets they are using. Why do they have to use this under the sheets in eastern europe? It is sticky, clammy and impairs sleep. And in the end.. -I have slept in probably a couple of hundred hotels over the years. This is the first time ever I've had to wait in reception as they had to go upstairs and control the room before I as alowed check out, even they had all my credit card details. Such #bs!

Dear travelers, This hotel is at the perfect location. You walk out and you are in the center, you can walk down to the sea and have lots of restaurants and coffee shops around you and a park, or you walk the other directions into the shopping street. There are no cars. The hotel itself is a tall building. Our room was big and we had a great view to the sea and the city. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect! Internet was free. Parking we paid around the area. All in all - yes we would stay with you again.
