to be honest, we had no idea what to expect. what we found was a unique and eclectic gated compound with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. To be fair, our expectations may be a bit 'western' for this region but the rooms were all clean and comfortable if not a bit (generous) dated. The pool area was terrific and poolside service was a bonus. the location is a bit off the beaten path but the city center is walkable ( a good walk!) and an easy taxi ride as well. there were a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well and an easy walk down to the seaside; the walk back up a little more challenging.

We spent a week there with our 4 years old son- and everything -and I mean everything - was exceeding all expectations! so- besides the fact that you are in a huge garden full with flowers -the food is very good & healthy (and most of the fruits and vegetables are grown there), there is a pool and 2 jacuzzi's, a tennis court, fitness -and last but not least- everything is decorated in the most exquisite and classical taste- from furniture to the tables and chairs outside. Congratulations and we will be back!

I spent a week in Dallas Hotel as an accommodation for my short and busy business trip to Varna. Most of the time I was on busy schedule but at the end of the trip I had my time fully to enjoy the place. The hotel has huge - one of a kind garden with many roses, other flowers and nice trees, everything combined in a delightful manner. The adorable restaurant with unique furniture and remarkable style serves realy, realy good food. Every morning I had my breakfast served in one of the garden's arbours surrounded by beautiful roses. I would say I haven't had better beginnings of my working days. The apartment was classy, finished with unique furniture. All that was combined with five star service - very friendly and helpful staff, couple of times they assist me in order to find the locations for my appointments in the city.. thank you guys!
Great place! Next time in Varna I'm staying in this hotel again! Oleg.

I loved this hotel from the first moment. A quiet island in the city. Not far from the beach. Well maintained, nice, quiet and arranged with fantasy. Perfect for a long weekend stay. The rooms are nice and clean. Car stay inside the range. I enjoyed the breakfast in the garden... very nice... in this house don't exist hektic, stress or loudness... perfect for relaxing...Staff was very friendly and attentdive... for sure will come back....

We visited Varna for a long weekend in family. We decided to change our usual accommodation to a new place nearby the Varna garden. The hotel seem to be trendy but for 10-years ago criteria. There was no reception desk, neither receptionist, just one waitress, who was nice, but unable to handle any situation. The room were old-fashion. In the evening we wanted to watch the World Cup Opening Ceremony somewhere, but manager was missing and we had to wait for the next day to ask her. In fact we never met her, but at the morning we called her and she promised to book us a table in the restaurant in front of a TV for the next match. In the evening, when we went in the restaurant, the manager was still missing and the waitress said we cannot stay as there is a last minute reservation for 'VIPs'. We had the manager on the phone again and she said that if we do not like it, we could leave the hotel. The price of the room was 140 Euro for 2 people and a kind! One month ago, we paid 40 EUR for a hotel in the center of Tokyo! Finally we decided to go to Hotel Panorama and the service was brilliant! Never go in Dallas - five star prices, with 2 star accommodation and 0 star service!

This is a lovely property with beautiful gardens full of roses and extravagant rooms full of antiques, 4 poster beds, comfortable suites, quiet, peaceful and romantic. Our host Bruno was just amazing and made sure we were well looked after. There is a private parking garage for your car and 24 hour security on the gate, so very secure. There is a lovely walkway along the clifftops alongside the park which is full of song birds. Across the street is a garden restaurant which has the best food we have had in a month travelling around eastern EU. We loved every minute of our stay.
Highly recommended.

A superb hotel with everything one hopes for in a relaxing break or business trip. The staff are so friendly and helpful, gardens are utterly stunning and the accommodation clean and plush. This had a general feel of staying in a private, safe, secluded villa, where staff made every effort to provide a personal service. The wifi was a little unreliable at times but relaxing/working in the gardens was a joy as very little noise or interruptions from other residents, despite being the height of the season. I regard this as one of the best hotels I have stayed in for service, surroundings and peace. You will not be disappointed. Mimi's beautiful poodles were no trouble at all and only added to the sense of family atmosphere. A wonderful oasis. Thank you Dallas staff and owner.

I had an expectation of what my holiday would be, when I first arrived at the hotel, it did not meet it. I was kind of left with the taxi driver and a security guard who didn't speak English, ten minutes later I was shown to my room and left to it. As I lay in bed that night I was worried for what I had let myself in for.
I woke up the next day in my beautiful 4 poster bed, and decided to go for breakfast and explore, typical European breakfast (which I happen to love!) as I left my building I could finally see where I would be spending the next five days, it was beautiful.
This place has more charm and character than anywhere I've been in my life so far. The gardens are so well kept and clearly loved, yes the antiques EVERYWHERE are pretty old and weird, but adorable at the same time, i could have easily spent the entire time hidden away behind the walls soaking up the sun and drinking amazing lemonade.
I ate in the restaurant two nights, the first I wanted something traditional, I have no idea what it was as I went with the waitresses recommendation and it was fabulous! Better than what I had at any of the restaurants I went to.
Being on my own, meant when I was eating in the restaurant I got talking to one waitress called Nicolia. She was very tentative and I was never left wanting anything, she happily recommended places to eat & her helpful pleasant manner made my stay that little bit more enjoyable. In fact all the staff including the chef were incredibly happy and pleasant.
I had a few issues with my shower and the wifi do I emailed the manager as I wasn't sure how to contact her, within 5 minutes both issues sorted.
I did venture out during my stay & everything is within a short taxi drive, you could walk but I wasn't keen on the idea being alone.
Overall, I loved my break, it was exactly what I needed and by the end of my trip I felt like I could have lived behind the walls and been more than happy with that. I would recommend anyone go here just for the experience. There's a lovely story behind it too....

My wife and I spent several days at the Dallas Residence in June 2014. The hotel is located conveniently in the Sea gardens , which extend for several miles to the town of Varna. The accommodation was furnished pleasantly in a classical style, offering exclusive privacy as it is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens full of flowers and fruit trees. It also offers a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and sports facilities.
We enjoyed the food served in the restaurant and also felt free to wander around and explore different restaurants in town.
There is also a big shopping centre nearby, which also offers a variety of restaurants and cafes.
One of the best features for us was the tranquility of the place. It felt homely and friendly.
Staff were very attentive. The manager spoke excellent English and was able to advise us on sights to visit in Varna and the nearby resorts. She even offered us a lift into Varna one day at the end of her shift when our taxi did not turn up, for which we were very grateful.
We spent a very enjoyable and restful time at Dallas hotel, and will definitely recommend it to anyone who may wish to visit Varna.
