We stayed for 5 days at Hotel Tomis and I have almost only good words for this hotel; close to the beach, the green space was average; the breakfeast was good; the room average; the beach nice.A lot of cars in the parking lot.

I would like to express my appreciation to the reception staff of the hotel. We had problems with the rented bus that was unexpectedly broken on the way to us. Having explained the problem at the reception, we were allowed to stay some extra hours at the hotel room and at the hotel restaurant, then to leave the bulky luggage... More

The hotel is average, rooms are absolutely tiny - you must put the suitcase on the bed to be able to open it. Way too much furniture for a room which is less than 10 sqm. The surroundings of the hotel are unkempt, broken pavement and weeds everywhere, however the whole Mamaia resort looks the same, half abandoned. Shower drain... More

It was not the first time we were there, and that is beacause of its position...close to the beach...and close to the centre (but not too close - so that you don't hear the terrible music from the clubs). Many children ! Good for families :)

Being positioned in the heart of Mamaia, the hotel has an impecable restaurant with decent prices. The staff is very friendly and are always happy to assist with any issues. Breakfast buffet was quite diversified. Everyday cleaning was done carefully and thoroughly.

It is our 3rd time here. We like that the hotel is very near the beach; sun beds, table and umbrella included; every day the room and bathroom were cleaned, towels changed, dust removed from the surfaces; nice renovated rooms and kids playgrown in front of the restaurant; the staff saluted every time we met; lunch ok. We liked the... More

The hotel is pretty clean and nice. Nevertheless, there is enough room for improvement, especially related to quality of the room facilities. The restaurant is also nice and clean; I felt very comfortable there, enough to eat in their restaurant 90% (for the first time in my life), anyway the diversity of the food is pretty limited. What is the... More

Even though it is my 4th visit, i haven't been onnthe seaside for 2 years! This hotel preserved the bad things and didn't improve in anything good! It is still the old comunist hotel, but painted! It looks old and it smells old! Even though other hotels have new parking, they say they have parking but you can't find a... More

Let me start with the room. It is claustrophobically small. You cannot move around. You are forced to remove some furniture pieces to the balcony in order to have some decent space in the room. Sheets were not changed the all stay there. Toilet paper it's very small, and poor quality. The shower was leaking on the floor, it had... More

“Somebody here was complaining about the noise for the seaview rooms. Yes, it is a little noisy but never after 11 pm. Before this you are probably not in the room anyway so i would say get a seaview room, its worth it. But ask for a higher level so you can avoid the trees obstruction”
