This hotel is perfect in every way. The staff is incredibly friendly, service minded and very helpful at all times. The room is clean, comfortable bed, and every room has everything you need for a superb stay. The breakfast has a big selection of food, so you can choose whatever you prefer - they have it. The hotel also has a gym, a swimming pool and a skybar with great view over Mandalay city. They also provides a free bike rental, so it is easy to travel around town and get some exercize at the same time. Good location, and great wifi.

If you prefer a pleasant stay - book here! So grateful to the staff that they took so good care of me. They noticed I was travelling alone as a young girl, and helped me a lot and made me feel safe when I booked a tour to another city. Thank you!

I strongly recommend this hotel

We exstended our stay to 4 nights because we could not get enough. Mandalay has so much to offer. But about the hotel: It exceeded our expectations. I really don't know how they can do it. Great big clean rooms, ginger tea on arrival, welkom drinks in the sky bar, great breakfast included and also a great afternoon tea for free.
But most importantly the service and helpfulness during our stay was outstanding.
In particular ms. Thet was always checking if we needed anything, arranging whatever we needed, taking really good care of us.
Also the rest of the staff were superb.
I travel for work half of the time and spend a lot of time in hotels, and can say this hotel is really exceptional.

We were amazed at the luxury in Hotel Apex. Our room was huge with the biggest bed we had during our holiday. The bathroom had a bath and seperate shower. The staff could not do enough to help. They were fantastic. They helped us organise tuk tuks and even put the Grab app on our phone. There was a complimentary high tea which was a great surprise and was delicious. Breakfast was alos delicious. All on all a fantastic stay and I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

나는 미얀마 바고에서 거주하고 있는 한국인 입니다
나는 여행을 좋아하기 때문에 미얀마의 여러 도시와 관광지를 방문 하였습니다
I am a Korean living in Bago,Myanmar for 4 years.
Because I love to travel, I have visited many cities and tourist destinations in Myanmar.
When I will go to tourist spots, I selected a clean and tidy Hotel.
This time, I made a reservation by selecting the Myanmar Apex Hotel from among several Hotels
On the first day, after arriving at the Hotel, as soon as we checked in, we went on a tour to the U-Bein Bridge.
On the first day, the feeling is no different from a normal Hotel.
On the morning of the second day, while eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant,I noticed something peculiar.
A neat uniformed hotel staff greeted all customers politely and warmly.
First, the staff meticulously checked whether the breakfast was well prepared.
The staff greeted all customers and asked if they felt and discomfort while they ate.
This staff even came to my table and asked if there was any discomfort or lack with a bright smile
I feels the staff is truly serving customers.
I kept waiting the staff I ate.
I've come to realize that the staff who truly works for customers.
After eating, we went out the hotel lobby to go to another place.
Also, the staff greeted we warmly in the hotel lobby.
Thanks to the kindness of the staff, we had a pleasant trip that day as well.
I could feel the kindness of the staff until the last day of check out.
Because of the sincere kindness and service of the staff, I would like to visit this hotel the next time I visit Mandalay.
So, I want to feel the high-quality service of the staff once more.

The staff name is Thet Htat San.

A heartfelt thank you to the Thet Htat San staff for bringing us good members,
And I hope to see you again next time.

Thank you

My family and I stayed here twice on our recent trip to Myanmar. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel had the feel of a much more expensive hotel.
The food was really good. We had breakfast and afternoon tea included in our room rate and both buffets were amazing. We ate a couple of times in the Sky Bar which was nice and a bit different from other Mandalay night spots.
Overall the value at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely love to return. I notice another review mentions the Sky Bar service wasn't great. It was good, the only thing I think led to any hastle was that each guest is given a complimentary drink voucher and adding a paid for drink on top seemed to be difficult with the till system. My tip would be to enjoy your free drink. Sign for it and start again!

I am bit late with writing the review as the trip to Myanmar was almost a year ago.

Mandalay was the first town we visited and we stayed in hotel Apex.

The rooms are very clean, spacious and well decorated in traditional style.

We opted for breakfast only, which was good too. The hotel has recommended a nearby traditional Burmese restaurant, which was mind blowing! The best Burmese food we have eaten in Myanmar!

The hotel has a beautiful room top bar with good drinks and nice views of Mandalay.

The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.

If we ever return to Mandalay, will definitely stay in Hotel Apex!

We spent the night at Hotel Apex and was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was there. They go above and beyond to make their guests happy. Daw Thet was lovely and very attentive to our needs. It was a pleasure to meet her. We enjoyed our beautiful room, the turn down service, the pool, the afternoon tea mini buffet, the free cocktail and the breakfast. It was really a nice stay. We are looking forward to coming back.

The road to Mandalay has been a good one!
I just checked into Apex Hotel after a long day of sightseeing.
Greeted with a smile, hot towel, ginger hot tea.
Check in was smooth, room big, and comfortable.
Went up for dinner... again warm smiles and welcoming hearts...
Phyo Tha Kyaw dining room waiter was very friendly and accommodating. So happy with this hotel in the heart of Mandalay.
