Excellent location. Excellent cleanliness. Excellent staff. Excellent advices from the manager. Of course this is not Mandarin or Hilton, but excellent value for money, very helpful management, and very nice room facilities. I recommend the upstairs rooms in the wooden house beside the main building.

We got into our hotel and there was no remote for the tv. The mini fridge was full to the brim already. We went out to eat and I walked back to the hotel later that night with a can of beer. The next morning I left the beer can along with an orange juice I got at the store...

We did not stay in the hotel, but called in for dinner one evening. There was a mixed French and Lao feel to the menu with a good range of choices available. The staff were helpful and the service was good. The food was lovely and well presented. The atmosphere was pleasant with a choice of inside or outside dining.

We stayed here on our first night in Luang Prabang, the hotel is on the river and really close to all the restaurants in town. Our room was on the ground floor next to reception so was a bit noisy with people coming & going. The room was ok & good value, it was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was served...

i stayed in the wooden part, very noisy, you could hear everything your neighbours say of did, rather expensive comparing to other hotels, location is good but so are most hotels as luang prabang is small, breakfast was poor: old croissants, unfriendly restaurantstaff. wifi is good, room rather outdated, bathroom could use a renovation.

Located right on the bank of the Khan River with beautiful rustic view of rural Lao, and yet just a short walk to Luang Prabang town centre. Good cleanliness and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel structure is a heritage building, therefore the facilities are not like those in a modern building. Recommendation: request for a room that is...
