Hotel is close to all main points of the town, very easy to walk around. They can provide tours, staff is nice and friendly, I had a small trouble easily sorted out by the manager. My only recommendation is to not spread your stuff out along the room.

Our experience with the hotel started well, on the phone, after friends in Luang Prabang recommended the place. The staff are excellent. Our room was very clean, and cleaned every day, though the room was rather unusual in that the toilet was down several steps from the main room. The bad smell in the toilet mentioned by other reviewers was...

It's a pleasant accommodation (more a guesthouse than a hotel) that is fabulously located in the centre of Luang Prabang. Staff are pleasant but communication can sometimes be challenging. We stayed in a room fit for a family of 4 on the ground floor and it has too many plumbing problems. Firstly, the toilet wouldn't flush properly - a session...

We stayed here several nights. It' s a nice hotel, we first had a standard room, but it was very small, also the bathroom. So we decided to upgrade to superior for 10$ extra. The superior room was much better, large but still small, and located in another building across the road. Both rooms were dark, both ceiling and part...

This place was ok. Teaming with ants in the room, even had a few hitchhikers come with me in my bag to Thailand. Not very desirable. Consistently had problems with the wifi but the friendly staff did as much as they could to help. Good location and close to the market and downtown but leaves some things to be desired...

The hotel room is clean and tidy located in center of the city, just a minute walk to night market and 5mn to Royal Palace Museum and Mount. Phousi. Staffs are so friendly and helpful, even though I am a solo traveler and have no idea on where/how to go, they also can advise and assist in arranging the trip....

They stole my sister's necklace. When we told them that we lost it, they came check the room and 'found' it in the trash bin. We looked there before, so unfortunatly there was no place for doubt. Other than that they were not very nice. All day long they used the garden for carpentry work, and it was extremely noisy...

The hotel is located in the heart of the Luang Prabang City and it is very convenient to travel around. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. No communication barrier as they can speak English. The hotel ensured that the stay was fruitful by planning out a fulfilling itinerary. The hotel is owned by a Singaporean and a modern design...
