The management here goes the extra 5 miles to ensure you get the most out of your trip to Luang Prabang by giving you an overview of the town and areas and the best places to see. They were very helpful in giving advice based on what I was interested in and I highly recommend staying with them. Free bike...

Stayed here for 3 nights and arrived early evening to check in. The staff are really helpful and the main person we made contact with was very good at English and helped us as much he could. As we arrived he first gave us an introduction into what to do in his city and gave us a run through all...

My family and I recently stayed at Vangsavath Hotel on a trip to Laos. It is great value for the money and the building is beautiful. I would recommend paying a little more to stay in a larger room with private deck area. The breakfast is also good. The only con is that it is located a little farther from...

We had a fantastic stay at the Vangsavath, the staff were so kind and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you! Yes it's a couple of kilometres outside the main drag but there's free shuttle and bikes! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Luang Parabang!

A 10 minute drive from the local town and there is a free shuttle service to and from the night market. The staff were unbelievably friendly and spoke excellent English, they helped us plan day trips and told us where we should go. Whilst the rooms were basic, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was okay. There is free...

Both me and my brother stayed here whisly on our travels of South East Asia in June. It wasn't the normal 'back packer hotel' and we new it would offer a bit more. We weren't wrong. The staff spoke very good English and we so welcoming. The manager upon checking us in provided us with a guide to what Luang...

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. On our arrival we were greeted very warmly by the owner - I can understand why some reviews have mentioned the customer service is a little over the top and cringeworthy but from experience, I would rather that than rude and unwelcoming hosts! He sat us...

The hotel is a few km away from the town. But free bicycles and a free evening shuttle bus mean this is not a problem. All the staff are extremely lovely, welcoming and helpful. We were advised of things to do in the area and offered help to book etc of we needed it. Breakfast is standard, 6-10am, we had...
