We thought we would treat ourselves, paying about 3 times the price we have ever paid in SE Asia. Whereas it is nice, not really as flash looking as in the photos. The young lady manager, Doll (Door) was lovely as was the young man in the restaurant at breakfast time. The shower is over the bath, which isn't really...

Pool, nice and big and clean and loads of areas around it (shaded and otherwise) to relax. Restaurant, gorgeous traditional building, lovely food, VERY friendly service. Breakfast options are varied. Rooms are small 'villa' type rooms, all nice and private and separate. Lovely wooden floors and raised balconies out front facing onto a gorgeous garden, paradise resort is the theme...

We stayed for four nights. We're a family of four so we opted for the family villa: a spacious detached house with a large sitting-room-come-kitchen, plus a table and chairs outside in front. The villa is to the side of the hotel restaurant, but we were never bothered by either noises or smells. In fact I suspect it may be...

Our room had a nice view on the river but...Most poorly soundproofed hotel we have ever stayed in. People walking above sounded like elephants. Could hear people talking next door as well as the bar nearby blaring music every evening. Pity as the setting seems tranquil on the surface. Poor water pressure and only lukewarm water. A little too far...

Yes, place is very nice and quiet. If you want a place to rest, this is great, but not good location for visiting Luang Prabang. Its 15 minutes by car; walking....maybe 45 minutes or more on very very busy highway, so NOT recommend. They have a shuttle service, but hours not too good; 8, 12, 2, 8 PM. Nothing between...

Within half an hour of arrival I contacted our UK agent to move us immediately. We stayed one night only before moving. Firstly, it is not in Luang Prabang but in a featureless village some 3k out of LP. It's shuttle bus infrequent ie every 4 hrs. What appeared to be the owner was surly. A feature mimicked by the...

We stayed there for only 1 night unfortunately, but the Resort is clean, lovely, relaxing and very nice. Guys at the desk are really outstanding handsome and nice. The bungalows are big with a nice terrace in a beautiful garden and the swimming pool was awesome. Luckily it was a sunny day when we were there so it was possible...

Spent a week there, had already spent a week in LP in town so moving futher out not a problem. Nice pool, but you do need to either have transport or rely on courtesy bus. Room nice overlooking garden, spacious and large bathroom. But I got bitten on face with bugs in night. There is a shuttle bus to airport...

Our group of 6 had a lovely first dinner here coupled with drinks at reasonable prices. Over the next 3 days, the pool was a relaxing place to chill after doing touristy stuff. The beds were comfortable and the deluxe rooms a decent size. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly, with a couple of them still studying...

The hotel was perfect for us after our 22 hours journey. The staff were sweet enough to give us our rooms early . The rooms are beautifully set up with a balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast buffet option was limited but it was quite tasty. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff helped us in getting motor...

“We paid an upgrade for a river view room but found the other rooms equally good. The standard rooms have a garden view but given that the river banks are full of trees, you don't actually see that much of the river as you might like. So if you are hesitant whether an upgrade is worth the additional money, go for a standard room.”
