We arrived the day before New Year’s Eve and had arranged for the hotel to collect us from the airport, the driver was very pleasant and spoke English well. Check in was seamless and again the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We had dinner in the hotel on our day of arrival, the menu is adequate with enough choice of either Thai/Laotian or Western dishes. Breakfast provides quite an extensive choice of eggs, pancakes or local dishes which are cooked to order. During my stay I visited the Spa and was looked after by Su, I had a manicure and pedicure. The pool area is spacious and the staff were on hand to provide cold drinks, Mr Vanhsay was very accommodating in this area and we never ran out of Beer Lao! The one thing I would suggest would be that cold towels are offered to the guests while they are sunbathing as it can be extremely hot! The hotel only has 24 rooms so never felt overcrowded. A Shuttle bus service was offered to and from the hotel into town as the hotel was situated around a 10 minute drive away. There are probably cheaper hotels but I have enjoyed the Laotian hospitality and friendliness of all of the staff here, especially when we all socialised together at the New Year countdown.

My husband and me. We were in Vang Vieng for 3 nights and than we stayed at the Kiridara hotel for 5 nights, we were very pleased about our decision to stay in an other different Hotel. My room at the Kiridara hotel was size able and balcony overlooked phou si hill. The location is not far, it is about 20 minute walk or $3 for Tuk Tuk , how ever the hotel had complementary car and Tuk Tuk service to the town and bicycle complementary too, there are Spa, Gym and Pool. a lot of breakfast choices and the food was pretty good.

If you're looking to relax away from the city center of Luang Prabang and feel like you're really on vacation at a high end resort, I would recommend Kiridara. The staff is so nice and very helpful. Since it's located about 10 minutes drive from the center, they offer a free shuttle in the evenings down to the night market and free on-demand shuttles for the duration of your stay to the center. The rooms were very traditional in decor and well kept.

We stayed with our two daughters, age 2 and 4. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm, and went above and beyond.
Mr Vanh Say at the restaurant is a star. He is the loveliest person and makes you feel very welcome every day. He remembers your coffee order and is very attentive. He really is an asset to the hotel. Mrs Linda is also very lovely.
The breakfast options are varied and the food is yum. It really is an excellent breakfast.
The hotel offers free shuttle service into town and I am so grateful for how easy this was. The staff on reception are very kind. My daughter had to go to hospital one day and they were fantastic, taking us there and picking us up.
The reception staff kindly upgraded our room when we requested after a minor issue and I am so grateful for their kindness.
Lastly, housekeeping are wonderful. I don't know the name of the lady that cleaned our room but she was so friendly, smiley and kind. She was great with the kids and a wonderful cleaner, making so much effort with all the little details.
All the staff are incredible and it really is what makes the place. The resort is beautiful, clean and to a high standard but it is the staff that make it.
I definitely recommend staying here.

The Kiridara Hotel and quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose comfort suites hotels for the rest of our stay. The FB staffs were friendly and the food at the breakfast was great and good tasty. The room was beautiful and well-equipped and the highlight of this hotel is the swimming pool can see the good view of The Phousy Mountain and temple. The end we would like to say thank you to all staffs you are the key drive this hotel to be the number of the best hotel in Luangprabang and we will come back and stay this hotel again next for sure.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The FB staffs at the Chef's restaurant very good service and friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast line buffet very large and a lot of food selection and I would like recommend you the swimming pool very beautiful and good view you can see The Phousy mountain and thank you for you make us happy and we will come back again.

Though water pressure in the toilet was little low, the room was clean. They had a free shuttle bus service. They made a fresh juice which was really great with the fruits I gave them at breakfast restaurant. And the staffs were kind, especially Mr.vanhsay :) If I visit Luang Prabang again, I want to stay in this hotel again.

We had a wonderful three nights stay at Kurdistan and really enjoyed it. The pool view room was very spacious, they offered a very quick laundry service and the staff were excellent. The shuttle service driver was really helpful and drove us into town in the hotel’s tuk tuk when there was just the two of us and Mr Vanhsay, Miss Linda and Mr Pheng in the restaurant were so helpful.

We stayed in the Villa overlooking the Mekong River. It was a great treat especially travelling with three teenagers as it gave them some much needed space. The Villa was in a good location near restaurants and a short walk to the town and night market. The downsides were that we had to get their shuttle service to get to the hotel each day for breakfast and to use the pool. It took ten minutes to drive there each time, which meant we did not use the pool much as it felt like we had to all go rather than popping down from a nearby room.
They provided us with a portable Wi-Fi hotspot which was really useful for going out and about. I was not expecting that but they said we could call them from town if we needed a shuttle back to the hotel. They were very accommodating.
Reception staff were always very helpful.
The pool was good, but there was construction happening which was disappointing as the dust settled on the pool and the noise meant it was not very relaxing.
The breakfast was wonderful - with a buffet and a separate a la carte menu each day. The manager was very attentive and always checked on us. The coffee was perfect.
We also went for a massage which was really good. $20 promotion for a 60 minute massage.
Overall a really good stay.

We wanted to share this lovely, clean,perfect hotel and location with those looking for a convenient accommodations. Our room was large and modern. The staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. Their are bikes to use for navigating the streets, markets, and plenty to choose from. The meals especially breakfast are hearty, and delicious!
