The rooms were very noisy. And the bathroom needs a renovation. The price was very cheap!

Budget, location is not too far from night market, very near to morning monks alms ceremony. Rooms upstairs if you are carry heavy luggage is not so easy as the stairs are steep. Heater is not hot enough but this problem seems to happen all the guesthouses in Laos. Ideal for backpackers if they are on budget.

“Rooms at the "second" house are located mostly towards local cemetery. We have spent four nights in total there and all three nights and days there was a funeral. This basically means 72 hours of loud "singing" (or how can this be called) of prayers from amplifier. Fan was a bit dangerous on higher speed. Check the bathroom before you check in!!! There was a broken pipe at wash-basin in our and it took about two hours to repair it while we were waiting for the results sitting on the bed.”
  • electricity on a wood?? VERY dangerous
  • left side of the room
  • leaking water from the wash-basin
