Beautifully appointed teak trimmed rooms with floor to ceiling windows on two sides, one facing a private courtyard. Small but lovely pool area. Excellent breakfast buffet. Only minor drawback might be for some people that the location is a few minutes by taxi to the town centre.

This a very pleasant hotel. You will need to use "tuk tuks" to get anywhere, not much in the area in the way of restaurants or shops. The breakfast room was very small the choices minimum but good. The beds were very hard.

The hotel itself is far from the city. Guests need at least 10 mins bicycle ride (hotel's complimentary)to the city. Or paying around Kips 30,000 for one-way tuk tuk ride. Room is excellent, large, clean daily, plus the balcony space. Hotel overall is 3 1/2 star local-run accommodation. So guests cannot expect much on staff and breakfast. We found one...

This hotel has a really lovely pool & garden area. The main reason to choose this hotel was to have a relaxing and quiet time tanning and swimming. We were quite satisfied with this hotel but there were some downsides. First it is far away from everything that you need to take a tuk-tuk even for a simple meal. The...

Just want to say we were hesitant to stay once we saw trip advisor reviews and booked through trivago however we were pleasantly suprised! Front desk staff speak very good English as friendly. Our room as a twin when we arrived but I explained we were a couple so he immediately moved us to a double room. Rooms lovely and...

We happened to stay here during the three coldest days (Jan. 2016) since 1999. It rained incessantly (it was supposed to be the dry season!) and any time in the room we spent shivering. We missed getting any of the few extra blankets in the hotel, so we slept in our clothes under a thin quilt. Actually few of the...

We are booked into this hotel with a group of 16 people. The air conditioning is running but not really working. The room is equipped but no place to put anything out, tough with 2 people in a room. Also very low water pressure in shower, only one bar of soap, must constantly pass back and forth from shower to...

The hotel has nice clean rooms and a very nice garden and pool. However there are only a few wooden sunbeds without matresses. It is a half hour walk from town. The guy at the reception during day time is friendly and speaks English. Considering the price it maybe a good option for one or two nights if you don't...

Nothing much to add to previous reviewers comments. This is a beautiful beautiful hotel however it's location is quite far from town and the absence of a room service menu for food or drinks makes it necessary to decamp to town for the day and return only to sleep, meaning having paid for splendid facilities you never use them. Wifi...

Spent three nights at this 'sort of' boutique hotel...I gave it a three star rating because of the helpful, pleasant staff...the room was small and had very little to no surface space on which to place things...when leaving the property, one has to turn in the key to the desk thereby turning off electric power to the room, thereby assuring...
