Large room ( twin) and reasonable bathroom. Shampoos/conditioners supplied but shower head was about 4' from the bath so only for hobbits! TV, electric jug etc. Rooms look over treed pool area. Also provides a sauna and gym. massages availalble. Rooms cleaned well each day and staff helpful. Not a big range of food at breakfast and fresh milk not...

We chose this hotel because it is in a quiet location yet just about walking distance to the centre of town, and it is one of the few hotel in town with a pool. It's a quite grand building in traditional style and heavy wooden carved sofas etc in traditional style in the lobby. We were warmly welcomed by smiling...

The hotel itself could use a few changes -- the pool area is in need of an update; breakfast one morning was particularly underwhelming since there weren't even enough tables set, & staff is extremely limited...it helps to know that they will prepare eggs upon request because, otherwise, you may find little to really appeal. The front desk personnel did...

We were quite excited when we booked our stay here, but on arrival, wished we hadn't! Rooms were comfortable enough, but pool was often unavailable,Internet was sporadic and loads of mozzies! Staff were lovely and tried their best, but really not worth the money. Quite a little way out of town too,so be prepared for a walk if you want to go into town....

The hotel was pretty good but could use a bit of TLC as mentioned. We did like the balcony and sat out side every night. Breakfast was good. Location was also good as we were close to the downtown area to walk everywhere we needed. WiFi was terrible and only had luck in the lobby. The staff were excellent especially...

We stayed here as part of a tour package. It was fine. Our double room (no. 11) was on the ground floor which had a balcony, however as it was just by the car park we never opened our curtains nor sat out. Shame. The room was spacious though and clean. The bathroom needs improvement. While the toilet was new,...

We stayed here as part of a tour. The rooms were large and clean. But rooms also dark as a lot of dark wood and low light. Toilet a little smelly but overall ok. Breakfast ok. Not great. But you have to remember where you are in the world. This is a very remote place. Hotel walking distance to town...

the hotel is simple in its offerings but the breakfast or lack of it is very disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The hotel was obviously fully occupied by tour groups. Going to breakfast at 7.30 am I found most food items were empty and only after several requests did some replenishment result. But then we had to ask for plates, tables...

I would go straight to the chase. On the basis of 3-night stay here, I would not recommend this hotel to travellers. True, the hotel’s location was not inconvenient. It was about only a 5-minute walk to Dara market and perhaps a couple more minutes walk to the central area. But bearing in mind the size of Luang Prabang, such...

This hotel was ok. The rooms were a little tired and dated, but perfectly okay for a couple of night's stay. The pool area was nice - a great way to cool off at the end of a long day's touring around Luang Prabang! It looks like they are building a whole lot of new villas and rooms down the...
