I stayed in this hotel more then ten years ago. By then it was a nice hotel, since then they decided not to even touch it. Now it looks like a museum. I booked with the thoughts of the old days but since then they did not do any renowation. Rooms are old, hotel is old . Too much to...

In the past this hotel was one of the best in town. The hotel is not doing good any more. The Resturant is still doing very good and I still go there with friends. Over all the hotel needs help or it might go out of service. The name is famous and people still stay there. Have a great stay...

The location of sands hotel is great , it is located in tahhlieh street in jeddah but the hotel is very old fashen it seems like furnished apartment in 80th of last century with limited facilities such as car parking, business center and a gym, i believe it needs refurbishment to match with modern life style.

my stay at Sands Hotel was a comfortable one. I was provided with a clean room and bed finishes were clean and neat. They have an inhouse restaurant which provides basically Arabian cuisine along with a few other continental ones.

I have been in this very cheap hotel couple of times for business reasons. It has a strategic location in down town. Very dirty and old. Towels are smelly and unclean. The minute you go into the room a heavy smell of moisture and smoke fills your nose. Staff is ok but food is bad. Used to be good for...

This is the first time staying in Jeddah when I did not accumulate points at one of the major chains. The rate at the Sands was great as the cost is Jeddah is usually quite high. One of the best benefits of staying here is the location which has numerous Malls, Supermarkets and all types of Cuisine. The hotel staff...

Well the rooms are very old and filled with humidity. You cannot feel that comfortable sleeping there but what makes it a good hotel is 1) the open buffet that serves some really good lebanese food and stews.. 2) its location. It is excellent.. so many good restaurants around it "Paul, Sands sandwiches, labeeb, danube, sub way, barber shops, mobile...

Good service and room, but quite old. Close to danube supermarket, mais ny restaurant and phone shop. Very good ratio quality price. The breakfast is ok but not fantastic. The paul restaurant close to the hotel is better The lounge inside the hotel is very classic

I will give the hotel an average rating since it has very normal service and fits the fees for a room. The positive thing is its location. The bad thing is that the hotel needs heavily a renovation. The breakfast is poor and does not deserve its charges.
