Hotel is very run down especially in the rear of the hotel near the pool - in dire need of a massive CapEx spend but unlikely to happen as it appears to be a cash cow benefiting from Sheraton brand name. There are better options at this price point in Jeddah. Not the usual Sheraton standard at all. On the...

Clean hotel. Price is fine. Service is very good. Parking is good. The food is not bad. This hotel is owned by a very good business Saudi family who also owns a them park. I don't think that this hotel is up to date any more. It needs a big make over to stay in business. The location is one...

We stayed 1 night in this resort. 155 Euros. Warm welcome. Good service. Possibility of transportation arrangements (very punctual). This is an area of freedom where customers can enjoy a bit of western style life... : ) 100% quiet at night. The bungalows are ageing but they are sufficient for 1 or 2 nights. AC is operating well, bed and...

This was my first visit to this hotel. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a suite. Overall the experience was good but the hotel appeared dated including the room and is in urgent need of refurbishment. It has a great potential, the brand, the location and friendly/ helpful staff that can make it.

I stayed at the Red Sea resort part of the Sheraton - I notice that it no longer has it's own title on Tripadvisor, and I can see why - it probably wouldn't even rate one star if it weren't for the divers that come here! It's all very well to say that women can remove their abaya's and wear...
