I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during a business visit. Old look hotel but with very few issues. Check in was breeze but they were not able to accept my USD travel card, I dont know the reason since the card was being accepted everywhere. I had to withdrew money from nearest ATM and pay for it. Nevermind....

Booking.com had been after all my searches in Jeddah, recommending me in both my trips to stay at Red Sea Palace. Maybe it is because of the additional digital spend by the hotel on the website or the popularity of the hotel among travelers, Booking.com eventually convinced me to stay at the hotel this time. I booked myself for four...

There are times that you just wanted to be alone and all thus I tried to have my staycation in Jeddah and checked in at Red Sea Palace Hotel in Balad. It was just an overnight stay for which I enjoyed much. I was somewhat recharged soon as I check out the following afternoon. I also tried their spa but...

the pictures speak for themselves. After our claim, they showed other room and all of them were in similar conditions. Please, be careful with the pictures showed in the website. The reality of the hotel is very different!!

Stayed here on our journey back from Mecca after pilgrimage. Enjoyed the comfort and laid back ambiance. Food was good and location was perfect for some last minute shopping, walking distance from shops and also close to the sea with lovely views.

Cosmopolitan surrounding. Balad market is just at walking distance. Good one to enjoy weekend. Little far from the Airport but advisable to stay and enjoy the cosmo culture and specially breakfast. Have a nice stay.

It was a nice old hotel although the rooms could do with some refurbishment. Close enough to walk to the old part of Jeddah as well as some nice shopping areas. Buffet breakfast was good. I love the drawings on the doors and lifts . Really nice and artististic. Altogether a lovely stay in Jeddah after our umrah

Good old hotel but slowly losing the charm it seems. All was good enough for the stay. The front office did not have have printed rack room rate or displayed so was not sure of the actual type of rooms available and charges. Parking is limited

Every time I visited Jeddah, I will stay at this hotel since 2014. I like this hotel due to its location and service but what I dislike is the room and breakfast. I know the hotel had renovated some rooms at 2 Floor but for other type of rooms, the rooms are so old and not clean. Please renovate all...
