Unfriendly staff, beds hard as wood, the coffee without coffee... We were 4 nights and it was the only hotel that didn't offered us a discount for being so many days and the only hotel that doesn't invite us a single tea. The wifi doesn't work at the rooms. We asked for cleaning the room and nobody went in 3...

So we've been there for one day, the breakfast was okay, the room was really clean and nice but the thing that makes this hotel the best is its staff, they are one of the friendliest and most helpful people i have ever seen. And its definitely affordable.

The hotel is recommended in the now out of date Lonely Planet but the prices are similar and the hotel is still in good shape in a central location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the back ones are quiet. Some of the staff are very helpful while others can be rather gruff. The main problem (while not a...

We had two rooms here - a single at the front and a quad at the back. Very clean, good breakfast, and excellent staff at the front desk who helped us with diverse issues. Bring your own towels though (not sure if they are to rent).

Conveniently located at walking distance from the main square , this hotel offers very big and clean rooms with comfortable private toilets at the price of hostel dorms. The service is very good quality, the girl at the reception speaks very good english and can help you with reservations and other touristic stuff. Top choice!

The staff here were the highlight. I wish I remember the name of the girl at the front, but she was very helpful with great English. Its a good location and price, although we were warned that the rooms were noisy, and they were! The nearby room was being painted, so our room really smelt of paint. There was a...

We stayed for 2 nights at Totia Hotel. Staff is English speaking, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is pleanty and the rooms are new, clean and calm. Only drawback is a little lack in charme. Anyway, recommendable.

Although Totia is not the place you stay at for it's charm, we would highly recommend it because it is awesome value for money. We had a very spaciacious, spotless room with a large bathroom with the best shower. As everywhere in Iran, the shower and toilet aren't seperated, which can be inconvenient sometimes, but that is just the way...

Chaotic & lengthy checkin process at the unwelcoming, gaudy reception. Room at the back as recommended by those on TripAdvisor, for being "upgraded" (all this means is a western loo), was dark, grim & minimally decorated with cheap furniture, and a bed that sagged in every direction, whose sheets barely covered the mattress. The bathroom no better with water draining...

Reasonable price, clean. The reception is friendly. But no one tidy your room if you will stay more than one night. And wifi will drop after you need for half an hour, you need log in again. The breakfast is average.
