A renovated caravanserai with gardens in the central courtyard, very attractive. A nice coffee bar, but we were disappointed at the very limited dinner menu available at the restaurant - only three main courses available? (Including the ubiquitous chicken kebab, lamb kebab). We didn't stay here, just visited for coffee and then dinner.

The hotel is grandiose on paper but has not really been touched since the 1970's. The room are inadequate at this price level and service is pleasant and friendly as in all of Iran but slow. Mostly a huge potential if and when the hotel is renovated at last as an heritage building should be

Beautiful hotel with traditional decor. The cafe, restaurant, garden and main building are very well designed. Bed room condition is good but nothing exceptional in standard rooms. Bathroom and amenities are okay too. Beds in twin rooms are small, reminded me my childhood bed. But overall very nice hotel, highly recommended for people who love Persian culture or oriental interior...

It is an impressive experience to stay at the oldest hotel in the world. Rom is quite and good for relaxing. All needs are placed in the room except for hair dryer. I could not have breakfast since I have to leave to hotel early in the morning. But, I have tried the tea (çay) room and very calming place...

A magical hotel, simply gorgeous. The gardens and terraces are wonderful to eat, drink tea and have ice-cream - it's a wonderful place. The rooms can be hit and miss, after complaining about the first room I ended up with a nice room with a terrace overlooking the gardens, the rooms on the other side of the corridor seem to...

A grand lobby and very picturesque courtyard mark the first impressions of the hotel. Check in was pretty efficient and receptionist was conversant in English. The two nights which we spent in Isfahan was freezing cold and it certainly wasn't pleasant to walk across the courtyard lugging your bags to the room in another wing behind the main lobby area....

The hotel (used to be a serail) needs some changes to accomodate western visitors. Cupboards are high but lacking shelves. The garden is very beautiful. Staff is rather surly. Free wi-fi. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choice.

Beautiful building , poor conditions of rooms( no sound insulation at windows, non existent room lightings), poor (slow) service , the hotel would benefit from a more dynamic approach to the needs of modern travellers

Very beautiful reception space, attractive court yard of hotel. well situated near the tourist attractions and lively part of town. The rooms were spacious enough but rather run down. Windows had no sound insulation and all the traffic noise was in my room. The lightings were totally outdated and partially not working. The safe box was temperamental. The luggage service...

While I didn't stay at Abbasi Hotel, I wanted to write a review because of the outstanding service we received when we went for breakfast earlier in January. Upon arriving at the gorgeous Abbasi Hotel for their divine breakfast, my friend fainted and became very unwell. The staff immediately kicked into action and brought her sugar water and took her...
