This hotel is very busy with guests coming all throughout the day! I cannot imagine how they are handling these people and still accommodating them at their best. I found a lost keycard in the dining area and surrendered it to the reception I remember it was Assumptah (if I'm not mistaken) who received it and promised to keep it and inform the guest about it. It was handled professionally and you can get the assurance that they have empathy for their guests. There was a minor issue in our bathroom and it was repaired in under 5 mins! Hilton Hotels won't fail us every time we stay with them. They're all always clean and neat! Oh, and their staffs in the pool are very attentive and helpful too! I believe everywhere you go they are always ready to assist you with a smile.

Its been a while since my last stay but I want to again extend my gratitude to the wonderful team of Hampton Dubai Airport! Ive had several stays here and I dont know how many times Ive seen other guests treat the staff as if they paid for a 5 star luxury hotel. Hampton and its staff has provided me the services I requested and paid for and even exceeded my expectations every single time. The staff are unfailingly polite, helpful, kind and prompt and if you order a La carte food in the restaurant it is very nice. The failings of this hotel lie in the total lack of room service. We booked on a non-smoking floor yet the room stank so badly of smoke we couldn’t enter it until they deodorised it. Even then, it was barely ok to breathe until the second night. It showed as 4 stars when I booked it in Sydney but in Dubai it shows as 3. Had I known this. We would have gone elsewhere. It’s proximity to the airport was good however for in-transit guests. Wheelchair guests should avoid this hotel as there are no dropped kerbs anywhere around the hotel so you are stuck to the one city block.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel during my business visit to Dubai this week. I found the hotel well located having supermarkets , bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The nearest metro is also just 5 minutes walk and the there are also public buses just outside the hotel. The hotel rooms are good with good WIFI connections . The breakfast was also good , just missed having fired eggs and omlette as they served boiled and scrambled eggs. But good spread of breakfast. The house keeping are efficient and will immediately address any issue anytime during the day or night. There is a nice place to sit outside wherein you can see people pass by. They have Shuttle bus service to the airport and back with fixed timings. I recommend this hotel for all business and leisure travelers.…

Worst Hilton hotel in Dubai Zero customer services Gave us room 3 hours after check in time. Asked for a blanket 10 times , they never gave us. Staff is not friendly and rude And don’t care attitude. They are getting business on the name of Hilton.

overall the room is large and nice but the water pressure in shower head was quite low. Location, the nearest metro BURJUMAN is 1.5KM away and the nearest supermarket is 800M away. There's no conveneince store nearby. The nearest restaurant is also 800M away except for a very high class japanese restaurent next door. If you come for congress, it's about 6KM to the trade center or 20 min during rush hours by taxi which seems fine.
