here I am , permanently moved to Dubai. Staying in this facility again. Could not stress how convenient and happy I am with my stay and this makes the transition from long stay till u get your own place here so much easier. Super friendly staff , very supportive and helpful front desk Specially Mrs.Nang Not to forget Saeed and the guys up front are absolute gems.

Great located if you want a hotel very close to the airport along with airport Airport pick Up and drop. They have good facilities for everything you need and the staff is helpful. Especially Housekeeping department take pride to clean and maintain aesthetic atmosphere within hotel, I would like to say thanks.

I stayed at this hotel from 13th to 19th December and 13th was my bday. I didn't mind they had no bday offers but their hospitality also wasn't good. We asked them for a bucket but they said they don't know what it is and they didn't even provide body wash. The staff forces to post reviews on Google to just provide a service of replacing towels and room service and after making a request, the housekeeping staff arrive after 30-45 minutes. After hanging a do not disturb tag on the door, the housekeeping staff still entered our room when we weren't there to clean it repeatedly. Breakfast buffet was just okay, nothing special. Was quite disappointed with the overall stay.
