Hot standing customer service! Excellent facilities and restaurant! Kudos to Reception, Concierge, House Keeping, Restaurant and Pool/Spa staff 😁. Spent a total of almost two months and the hotel was a “Home Away From Home” while I was there. Looking forward to getting back!

We had a very good experience staying in Time Grand Plaza Dubai. Staff at the reception were very helpful. Most important the house keeping staff were awesome. It would be nice to have microwave oven in the room so that guests can heat food .

I am really pleased with my stay more than two months at the Times grand plaza as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in dubai as it is just very close to the dubai metro and the busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.specialy Mr.Ahamad,Mr.kamal and other front office staff . also house keeping staff and restaurant staff are friendly and very helpfull.Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help.i really enjoied and sona hot water pool also great . and gym also supperb

It was a good experience, the hotel is good and the bedding is good as well. Facilities are perfect. Gym, sauna , pool and jacuzzi I stayed nearly two months in the hotel. But the breakfast is same everyday. Sunil is a good house keeper as well.
