We booked this stay with booking.com. I felt that we got a really good deal with some discount. We were all inclusive and booked a standard room with no balcony. We were given a room on the top (8th) floor with a brilliant view of the beach and Atlantis. The room was clean, towels changed and cleaned every day, toiletries, and fresh bottles of water. There was a safe at no extra cost, kettle and complimentary tea, coffee and milk. The WiFi was excellent-super fast 5 G The staff work very hard and are helpful. Big thanks to restaurant staff M Jay, Yadav and Ramesh. Thanks to Hind for being patient and helping us print our PLF for return home. All inclusive- we booked this as we know how expensive Dubai can be and we intended to stay at the hotel and chill quite a bit. We emailed the hotel prior to going to check what the all inclusive was and they sent us clarification. There is a main buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner for AI and a small amount of snacks from the snack bar. The main buffet was really good, the food nice. Some days the dinner was inside, some days a BBQ set up outside. Their vegetable biriyani was to die for, so nice. I will attach a picture of the drinks menu for AI to the review. The wine was good and the spirits good brands, three choices of lager which was in cans. It certainly worked for us. The location of the hotel is good, it has its own private beach right next to the pool. There are attendants to help if you cannot find a bed and showers with body wash and shampoo. There is building work next to the hotel. This did not bother us. Dubai is a massive building site anyway. Overall a great good value stay in the sun, we will be back. Beautiful and cozy new property, I loved the atmosphere of this hotel. Infinity pool with amazing view and private beach. Front Office Manager Diyar was very professional and friendly, check-in experience was very nice, as we got our room even earlier than their standard check-in time :), also guys at the concierge were very fast and helpful. We got a very specious room with stunning palm view, room was perfectly clean, furthermore they have everything you need in the room, including a new multiple adapter and phone chargers. First impression wasn’t sooo great, the receptionist didn’t know most the information we asked her and had to keep double checking with other people on the phone which just made the check in process longer. Then we went to the beach, took a while to get a waiter’s attention but his service was good. Lunch was okay, fries were very disappointing they reminded me of cafeteria fries. The dinner was a mess, the waiter was the same guy from the beach but he was clueless about almost everything and we ordered steak which was completely inedible, the Arabic grill was okay the chicken was the best out of all. When we wanted to leave there was not a waiter in sight so we just walked in and had to wait for a waiter to notice us from inside the kitchen since they were all eating and chilling without hairnets... next day the breakfast set up was super strange and the staff was slightly rude and would get annoyed if we asked for something extra, as a lactose intolerant person there was almost nothing for me to eat which sucked and I wish I hadn’t paid for the breakfast. Later We ordered room service for lunch and it was not bad and also the room service menu is much nicer than the restaurant for some reason and more versatile. For dinner we had the beach valentines dinner with a set menu, for some reason we each had a different menu and as usual the same waiter was clueless about most things and the food was below average, the set up was hilarious and definitely not a 5 star hotel set up.
Overall the hotel interiors are nice and the hotel is clean, the general service of the room and housekeeping is good and fast, but the f&b of the hotel is BELOW average and the staff are not qualified to work in a 5 star hotel which really made me wonder how this hotel earned 5 stars.
I would stay there again since the beach, room and location was perfect but I would definitely order food from outside the hotel or go out for dinner.

We came for a 2 day staycation for my husbands 50th. The staff have been amazingly attentive from the very helpful Vienna, JHo-, Himanshu and the incredible Chefs Harran and Rashd.
The rooms are modern and extremely clean with all the little touches that make you feel special. The hotel is spotless with lovely modern decor. There were plenty of beds, clean packaged towels on the beach and at the pool areas.
We did the all inclusive package, great value as food was well cooked and beautifully presented.
Bonus - Unlike many hotels the WiFi is speedy and allows you to use it properly.

We stayed in the Premium Room Balcony with sea view and Private Beach Access and we loved it. The room was clean, bright and spacious and the bed was huge and comfy making it very inviting. The balcony had a great view of the sunset at night and was in the sun all day. The room was equipped with a large flatscreen TV, minifridge, sofa with table and desk. The bathroom was also clean with a very large shower, mirror and sink. The staff were very friendly and helped when taking luggage back and forth from our rooms, and when we called for room service, it was quick and easy to order drinks. As we were celebrating a birthday, they baked specially a vegan cake which was amazing. We had breakfast in the hotel and there was a wide range of foods, however, not enough vegan food to get your value for money. At the buffet, there was no obvious flow and queuing system and the barriers were very close to a couple of the tables meaning you had to squeeze past people who were eating. The pool area and beach was perfect. A nice and warm pool, helpful and kind lifeguards, incredibe views of the atlantis and palm and a private beach. Overall, we had a fantastic birthday weekend and it was definitely worth the value for money.

We've spent 4 days in this fantastic hotel as family of 3 people. From the arrival, greeting to the food and pool/beach and staff everything was just amazing. Concierge Eddie was fast to open our taxi doors and very fast to take our suitcases and greeted us very warm and friendly. Even during our stay he was always there for any questions and helped us regarding our PCR Tests. Very friendly, funny and great person ! We've booked two deluxe rooms which wouldn't have had a balcony and would've had a view into a building site next to the street, which we did not know. BUT thanks to the lovely Ms. Hind on the reception that immediatley offered us to change our bookings we could enjoy two premium rooms with balcony and amazing view of the palm and the amazing skyline of Dubai Marina which was more than worth it!!! Even after we moved into our rooms Ms. Hind called us and made sure that everything was to our wishes. The rooms looked very beautiful, clean and luxurious. There was nothing we did not like about it. Mausam always did a great to clean our rooms everyday and made sure we had enough water through out our day.
Moving on to the food of this hotel all we can say it was more than amazing. We never ate so well in our life. We had an all inclusive stay and from breakfast to dinner everything tasted phenomenal. On the Breakfast buffet you could choose from over 40 different food which was great and tasty. Chef Rashid and his whole team made a great job and the food even looked amazing !

We stayed in the hotel for a week and we were totally thrilled from the start 😍 It is a very clean hotel with a perfect location on the beach and a view of the skyline and Atlantis. The hotel is in a very quiet location, the connections to the sights and activities are super easy to reach. We liked the super nice service right from the start, on arrival the concierge and the reception. Peter in the concierge helped us a lot with a few questions, Kusum in the service was super nice and was always there quickly when we needed something. The room service was very diligent, the rooms were cleaned every day 🤩 In the restaurant and at the buffet there are many delicious dishes and drinks, everyone will definitely find something here and be full 😋For my birthday, the hotel brought a birthday cake to the room 🍰 In this hotel you can go on vacation without worries and enjoy your time in Dubai. Me and my sister had the most memorable stay ever.
14, March, 2021 Everything started from reception, we booked room urgently via phone call so we didn’t manage to check how is the room alike. Once we checked in, we figured it out that our room won’t have any balcony. I was a bit with myself for careless booking. But receptionlist, a girl named ALLA was helping us to get another room including balcony within our budget. It was surprisingly amazing and we got the room with full sea view facing to marina and palm residential area. We were extremely happy with her help.
Breakfast buffet was really good. Staffs are very warm and helpful. An executive chef named Mr. Ahmed and his team were assisting our breakfast choices. They are also making sure guests follow the Covid-19 precautionary measures around buffet area.
We have also fantastic dinner there. We were a bit surprised with the quality of foods and it was very delicious. The restaurant manager/ supervisor and waiters were taking special care.
I would say hotel staffs in C Central hotel are extraordinary. They were very helpful, sweet and amazing.

What a treat it was to visit CCentral Resort at the Palm, on arrival we were greeted by attentive staff who were all ready to help. Check in process was quick despite the queue. We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely room that we were upgraded to. The room is clean and has a wide selection of bathroom accessories and vanity items that one may need. The bed was so comfortable and the Smart TV made it easy for us to listen to music and watch TV l. The pool and beach access was well sanitized and maintained. Not too busy or noisy. The food choices are varied and the quality was amazing. Would recommend anybody to visit this HOTEL! We will be back!
