Detailed Reviews
I booked a one night staycation as a belated Christmas and early Anniversary treat for my Husband, 2nd July. It helped that there was a 40% discount for half board of course but we’d always wanted to swim in the highest pool in the world and staying in the hotel is the only way you can do it! From our greeting on arrival we were welcomed warmly and even though we arrived at 1030am our room was ready and bed decorated with a heart of petals and red rose. The pool in the 77th floor truly lived up to our expectations of an incredible experience, and the guys were speedy getting lunch and drinks from the Japanese Zeta. Expensive but understandable for the location, location, location!
For our dinner we chose Li’ Brasil and a shout out to Josephine and Jagruti who were very attentive and thanks for the chocolate anniversary cake!
We were able to watch the Euros football and the ambiance was casual and fun! Food tasty too!
We had another anniversary cake in the room, so thoroughly spoilt!
Breakfast in the Restaurant (which it’s called) and was a very good spread and I must mention the safety precautions taken here and throughout the hotel- individual cutlery packages in every restaurant and everywhere sterilized and staff wearing masks so we felt very safe.
Thank you General Manager Marianne Fitzgerald and team for a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend a stay at the Address Beach Resort Dubai Marina. We only live 6 minutes drive away but we hope to be back soon.

Overall a great hotel & stay.. with a few improvements will be fantastic!
Room
Spacious, lots of cupboard space, comfortable bed, pillows are too soft so your head ends up flat in the bed (perhaps need to provide 2 soft and 2 medium instead of all soft), bed side tables and bed were not measured correctly so part of the bedside table sticks out into the bathroom doorway (this definitely needs to be looked at as you could walk straight into the table in the dark).
Bathroom
Spacious, great amenities, love the big bath!
In-room dining
Spag bowl was bland (I have definitely had better in other hotel in room dining), veg spring rolls and veg curry were tasty. Ordered a corona but came without a bottle opener and there isn’t one in the room, had to open with a knife.
Separately a friend from USA tried to purchase and send a gift to our room & after being transferred to concierge and then transferred again to in-room dining got cut off. Lots of confusion, a half hour call and still couldn’t send something to our room (we gave the permission to send a gift) but they were confused about how to get payment. Surely not the first time a request has been made like this.. and it’s extra revenue lost for the hotel.
Breakfast
Good buffet spread, eggs in general aren’t great - ordered eggs Benedict and came with very little hollandaise sauce, scrambled eggs on buffet flavourless. Home made granola was amazing!
General
Cleanliness did not go unnoticed around the entire hotel, hand sanitizer everywhere, knives/forks/napkin at all restaurants come wrapped up, staff all wearing masks and gloves. Felt very safe.
Love the room key cards!
Complimentary water wherever you go is a huge plus!
Pool at 77
Beautiful! More than enough sun beds, staff great however would add more to the menu (sliders, a pizza, a sandwich), I know it’s an extension of Zeta but doesn’t appeal to everyone spending the entire day there.
Some shade required, even if over the cabanas.. everyone was using about 5 extra towels to hang over the cabana which is a waste of towels that need to be cleaned.
Gym
Fantastic however no water available if you are there before 8am. For a 24 hour gym there needs to be water available 24 hours. Great equipment and views!
Beach
Lots of sun loungers, fantastic staff. Couldn’t find our room number/names as we had checked in only that day and they had obviously printed off the guests names that morning. Perhaps address needs to provide them with iPads to check rooms/names, so that they are always up to date instead of scratching through papers.

An amazing, one for the books staycation experience at Address Beach Resort. Been thinking of checking in at this hotel since early May but a bit hesitant because of the pandemic. So glad the wanderlust in me and my best travel buddy made our bags packed, and here we are having the best time of our lives. Being an early bird really pays off, as we have booked the best rate for a Deluxe Marina View room. But the best part of it is that they upgraded us into a Deluxe Sea View room which is huge and spotless, with the perfect view of Ain Dubai, BlueWaters and the beach, a very refreshing and nice view to wake up to. Special thanks to the great assistance of Phylis for noting all my requests upon booking, Darwish for a smooth check-in. A complimentary cake at the room was a nice surprise, for this is also the birthday celebration of my bestfriend. We really enjoyed everything, the infinity pool, the modern design and all other amenities. The breakfast was really nice and with a lot of options, appreciate the great service of the staffs especially Celso. It was indeed a relaxing and fab weekend.

We stayed one night in a Delux Sea View Room
Summarize as follows
Facilities 4/5
Check in 5/5
Cleanliness 5/5
Value for Money 2.4 / 5
Quality of Service 2/5
Started off we are 2 sets of couples who came at different times .
Taxi dropped us off , no one to greet us or take the bags , same as our friends and the couple who were in front of us ( by the way same as the check out as we had to go ask for someone )
Rooms are superb , everything you would expect and more .
Headed up to the roof top pool , which the views are out of this world , but be prepared a bottle of beer ( bottles only no draft ) 65 aed / 15 euro ! And most sun beds have no shade ( this is operated by another company not the hotel )
Pool lacks any atmosphere , if it never had the views it would be bang average at best , after an hour or so we left .
We had dinner at the Beachside Grill which was okay and that’s it okay , customer service was excellent I may add , but value for money no.
Breakfast
Selection was okay , again nothing special .
Customer Service we had to wait circa 20 mins for a waiter ask for our order , as did our friends , order came wrong , waiter’s command of English was not good at all .
Quality of food though very good .
Lunch headed to the adults only Pool near the Beach .
Fab Pool no arguments loved the pool
They could do so much with this pool though as again it was lifeless , no soul or life .
Customer Service - We did after 20 mins or so ask the Lifeguard to get someone. But after that it was fine .
Drinks are normal Dubai prices here .
All in all a below average experience, and today it is not value for money .
Faculties though excellent .

The experience is shocking, to say the least. Gradled on 20 March at hotels at 3 o'clock, it took three hours to check-in by giving us a completely different room from the one we booked on Booking. Once in the room by opening the refrigerator I find a bottle of wine open with the cap left there. All open snacks and some were not even in the places were empty. The staff are mentecated, incapable, to say the least, in a five-star hotel as they are called should be very prepared. There was no letter on the site that it would open up the whole 28th, but they were making pools on the roof and sushi pans. I ask at the reception where sushi is eaten, they told me you don't eat sushi in their hotel. Right on the edge of the ridiculous. Not to mention the pool where the sun comes only for two hours a day. PAY ATTENTION TO THE RESTAURANTS OF THE HOTEL, They add additional things to the account to make you pay more, after the third day we noticed and checked the receipt every day. Two days later, they understood and no longer added anything to us. All the incompetent staff.

We had a lovely family dinner at this new restaurant and the staff was so fantastic; especially Kamal who was extremely attentive and accommodating. Thank you Kamal for your amazing service!
We felt very safe with this restaurant’s Covid measures as they did not hand out menus and had sterilized blankets and cutlery ready for us. All tables were also very well distanced from one another. Top marks!

Dear Marianne, being the GM of Address Beach Hotel, I would directly thank you for having the best momentous birthday ever! To top it all, I thought I already had the best one last year at the Address Downtown... but the Address Beach Hotel even topped it more!
At the onset of checking-in, Tran from reception had an amazing and genuinely warm welcome and knowing it's for my birthday celebration, she and her team along with Ziaul and Gigi were so glad that I chose Address Beach for my stay. True enough Tran gave me the ultimate surprise of giving me a suite for an upgrade! Upon reaching the amazing executive suite, two elegant birthday cakes from you were already waiting in the room along with the nicely arranged rose petals in the bed forming a birthday cake! The view from the balcony is spectacular! Full length glass in the room shows the entire JBR and Bluewaters view. The suite offers amazing amenities and has a huge space to accommodate guests during our stay. Room service from Indira was spot on.. fast delivery of requests also from Linda of Front Desk and Anita and Majin for speedy delivery.
Breakfast had an amazing array of choices and again I was surprised by Shyne with yet another birthday cake! She handled the orders very well observing the safety protocols during breakfast time. Jannette from the 77th floor infinity pool reception was well versed with the story behind getting the Guinness record for having the tallest outdoor pool in a building. And yes, it is a MUST see for everyone! I would highly recommend Address Beach Resort as a must-go destination in Dubai. It's way well worth the experience. Hats off to your team and will definitely be back for sure.

Fantastic 5 star hotel in a quieter part of JBR beach.
Great location to access downtown and the palm. The desert is an hour away.
Zeta and the rooftop pool were amazing and the service was good. The pool provided the best views of Dubai and palm as it’s the highest in the world.
The rooms were modern spacious and cleaned regularly. Plenty of in room services. Large comfortable beds. Good soundproofing at night and guests were very quiet as it’s not a party hotel but still plenty of young people. Separate areas for kids.
Food was good quality/excellent. Quality of food at Zeta was the best. Highly recommend the floating breakfast on the rooftop pool. Lots of varied food given, plenty of time to enjoy the experience and a complementary teddy was given. Staff also take plenty of photos for you.
Spa needed to be bigger as it was always fully booked during my stay but luckily I booked a couples massage one month in advance. There was drilling noise coming from the penthouse on the day of our massage and instead of informing us before and offering an alternative date or discounted rate, they simply offered to have a shorter massage or to move the massage to a cabana on the rooftop pool with curtains which is not very private.
Check in was slow and we were made to wait for a long time without any update until we chased someone.
The knowledge of the staff was not the same and we were told different things about Zeta. There were also a few miscommunications about setting up a complementary surprise in my room for my birthday.
Finding our way around the hotel was a little challenging at first as we were not given any information on check in.
Service at li’ Brazil was slow and poor, food was good. Half board options at the beach grill are limited and did not offer value for money. Service during breakfast at the restaurant was quite slow on most days.
The private beach is a little basic and could do with some more facilities.
There is a minimum spend at Zeta unless you eat by the pool or you sit on the terrace.

I wanted to have the experience in the hottest month in Dubai and booked the second time after my stay in March again Address Beach Resort.
I am really glad I did it.
I had an enchanting stay, so it was hard for me to leave after a week.
The staff at Address Beach Resort, no matter who I dealt with, are attentive, helpful, charming and very friendly. The service was excellent everywhere. To mention one by name is unfair, as all the employees I have worked with and in background do a great job.
Very special thanks to the housekeeping, as I appreciate tidiness and especially cleanliness in detail.
There is always enough water provided in the room and at the pool or on the beach, they make sure you get enough water without asking.
Yes, late July is hot in Dubai, but as a beach vacation was surprisingly bearable for me and would book again immediately. There also enough holidaymakers who have lain for hours in the blazing sun and were still alive.
My first address in Dubai will remain Address Beach Resort, because the location, beach, facilities and service of the hotel leaves nothing to be desired.
Thank you so much for the wonderful time you have given me.

Hi I’m so sorry but we didn’t do a half board option so I’m not sure but I’m sure it’s very good as their restaurants and lobby bar were very high standard. The breakfast buffet is completely as you would expect from a Dubai 5 star hotel and the staff were very good too
I also didn’t need to pay one at this hotel.
Hello, yes there was an iron in each room
