I initially made my booking for a studio apartment, once arrived at the location the two amazing ladies at the reception Ms. Savita & Ms Sadat were so kind to give us an upgrade to a One bedroom apartment which made our stay that much sweeter. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. And the hotel is extremely clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

upon arrival check in procedure was terrible ,no explanation of anything done just asked for passport and that was it. had to even ask for extra key cards because we are 3 . got to the apartment we are 3 adults found 2 towels only ,two bottles of water and dirty pottery for cooking probably not cleaned from previous guests requested for extra towel twice first time they dint deliver at all had to call again after one day and only after calling to follow up did they deliver the extra toel and bottle of water..the apartment is old ,rusty ,dusty patches of paint jobs not done well.

The hotel and the service is very nice for us. Sayyid, the receptionist, is so kind and very easygoing. He served us genuinely and politely which made us feel so comfortable. He even offered us the hotel's wifi while preparing for our room. As a foreigner, this is what we need when our room is not ready yet. The hotel also give us very early check-in due to our early flight arrival and also give an upgrade to our room, even when we did not ask for it. I was even more surprised for how big the room that was given to us. Overall, perfect choice for this hotel. I will recommend my peers to pick this hotel if they have any plan to go to Dubai.

Excellent hotel in 20 min drive from the airport. The Time Onyx hotel is newly build hotel, has high ceiling in the rooms (up to 4 meters), big windows, balconies, everything are very modern and clean. Nice furniture as well. Very professional and friendly personnel, especially Saud (he is working in this hotel less than 6 months, still on the training, however Saud has very professional manners, all our questions was done very fast) Thank you, Saud! Also, the food on the breakfast was very delicious.

I made a mistake when booking a flight to Thailand and accidentally ended up with a 22 hour lay over on my hands. Was dreading it as I’d never wanted to visit Dubai. Turns out to have been the best mistake I’ve ever made; it’s 10 mins drive from the airport (taxis very plentiful even at 1am) and cost c. £10. 24 hour reception and was quickly and easily checked in. My ‘room’ was a huge apartment (which I got a great deal on). It was lovely and clean and comfortable. My shower didn’t work so I had a bath instead (and at 2am I didn’t feel like calling reception to have it fixed). The apartment had a kitchen so I could have a cup of tea (instead of a glass of wine as the hotel is dry as I was quite harshly told at reception). The bed was incredibly comfortable. I checked out at midday after a lovely sleep and sat by the pool all day, then showered in the privacy of the bathroom so I could get changed (they have outdoor and an indoor shower, perfect for a layover). Did my make up in the reception bathroom and then made my way to the airport feeling very well rested and fresh. Even despite the curt response to asking if I could get any wine and the broken shower I would still rate it a 5 as the value for money is incredible (I paid £56).…

From the check in assistance from Mr mohamad to MD Arif @ foodio .this place exceeded all our expectations . The hotel is only 3 years old so everything is still very new. We got a two bedroom suite with kitchen but the food at foodio on the ground floor negated using the kitchen. The chef asks the waitor for feedback from us and we.gave a resounding compliment to all the dishes we had which was a mix grill ,hakka noodle ,fetching Alfredo and the chicken ceaser salad. The food was well priced fresh and super tasty. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to all the South Africans I know in the UAE
