We stayed in Wyndham Residences in October 2022; we had booked two rooms and requested an early check in. When we arrived at the hotel (early morning) the room was not ready as of yet however the staff were very helpful and got us checked in quickly and arranged for the rooms to be made up for us so we didn't have to wait too long. As you enter, there are refreshing welcome drinks and a comfortable lounge area to wait in. We were all very impressed with our rooms, in fact nicer than the pictures shown when booking which is rare. There is a small storage room which was handy for us to keep our buggy and suitcases in, a large bathroom, a spacious walk in closet, kitchenette and living room which follows through to the bed and balcony area. The views are beautiful and overlooks the sea. The pool area was great especially for young children as a lot of it is shallow as well as having a seperate kids pool; the temperature was nice and warm. The beach has breathtaking views overlooking the Atlantis, JBR and la Mer and the water was clear. As it's a very new hotel, there are a few issues as expected; We found it difficult to get taxis as they'd always go to the wrong place (this was at no fault of the hotel), The pool bar was not open yet so we found we had to order using Careem (again, it's a new hotel but you can see the works being done and I imagine it to be great once finally opened), The shower leaks out water on the bathroom floor which can be dangerous however, the manager himself told me they are aware of this issue and are working on it immediately. We also had a leak in our rooms from the kitchen ceiling however, the staff came and fixed this for us and upon leaving the manager himself apologised for this and assured us they are getting this problem fixed. Although we encountered a few issues as you can see, we still had a great stay and recommend this hotel. It is nice to see that they're trying their best to fix any issues which is expected as they are still very new. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return in hope that any issues will now have been dealt with. A big thank you to the manager Mohamad el Akkad who is doing his best to get the hotel up and running and was also very welcoming to the guests and dealt with any issues we had.

I’ve just returned from spending a week here & overall the hotel is great. It’s a lovely location on the palm not too far from downtown, marina,JBR etc. The rooms are extremely spacious with lovely interior & the views from the pool area are beautiful along with having plenty of sunbeds to lay out. Some issues that hindered the experience would firstly be reception, while being helpful & kind it felt slightly awkward & could be slow at times. when I was leaving a member of staff I had not once encountered asked me to leave a good review for him there & then while I was taking my luggage out which felt very inappropriate. There was work going on at the pool, it was quite noisy throughout the day & the beach area is being worked on, any guests that sat on the sunbeds by the beach were told several times they couldn’t sit there at the moment ( this area had sun after 4pm & the pool didn’t) I only had breakfast one morning & paid for this, for the restaurant experience & choice I think it was just slightly overpriced. Overall for a new hotel & location, I would consider staying again in the future, hopefully the errors can be ironed out :)

We have booked three bedroom apartment reservation team assist us very nicely . Ms .Andrea give us the best sea facing three bedroom with the early checkin. The moment is enter the room 402 . We realized the best hotel and apartment in the palm the view was superb . Special thanks to housekeeping team and food and beverage team for room decorations and small cake on our anniversary. The apartment is fully furnished all the kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities are placed. The pool is best and it’s open till 10pm. We never witness in our past stay in other hotels if the pool is open after 7 pm. We enjoyed the lot at pool. The food from room service is good. We are so glad in the evening when we receive the courtesy call . They are 24/7 there for us. Even at 2 am we requested Additional blanket it was so quick from housekeeping team. The breakfast spread was superb entire food team at restaurant was awesome including chefs the spread was so huge so nice. Big thanks to Food and beverage team. The valet and concierge team was superb in delivering the car and luggage very fast Thankyou Arikul, Sadik and Zeyad. Special thanks to Andrea and her team by giving late checkout as well . I was pleased to learn that our team tried to resolve this issue by offering a complimentary breakfast (which you denied) and accepted a reduced cleaning fee of AED 150 as you suggested in addition to a late check-out at 15:40hrs. The room itself was nice and new but with some mishaps; like the shower was not well-designed as you had to stand under water to turn it on and the water went all over the bathroom floor with every use. The hotel did not have any beach chairs; the beach/pool area looked somewhat under construction. There were no towels at the pool. The hotel required you to request them from the front desk and they never had any before 10:30 am. The restaurant was decent. The staff at the reception desk were not friendly. In fact, one woman rolled her eyes and sighed heavily at our request to see the restaurant bill (we had pre paid).

As I had an overnight flight, I arrived between 8 and 9 in the morning.
I had reported this to the hotel in advance and it was not a problem.
When I arrived, I was offered a "day use" room. Same category as I had booked. I was happy to get a room as I was exhausted. After asking, I was told that if I checked in in the afternoon, I would not have to pay the day-use price.
Since I had booked the hotel for 2 weeks, I was a bit disappointed. Nevertheless, I asked for a higher floor, as I would stay in this hotel for 2 weeks. In the end, on the same evening, after countless annoying contacts on my part to the reception, I had a move to a higher floor (approx. 6 pm). Again, as a long-stay guest, I was not offered an amenity.
Both rooms were not completely clean, some defects existed, which I noted for over 3 days and nothing changed. Extra towels (daily) confirmed in advance were not brought. After repeated complaints on the 4th day, the front office manager took pity on me and spoke to me. This did not result in any solutions, I only got a free upgrade.
A big flat for a single traveler...
Here too, the shower head was disgustingly dirty. The shower also flooded half the bathroom and I had problems with the WIFI.
I would also like to mention that I did not get any housekeeping service for almost 3 days.
In the end, I raised all my concerns and inconveniences with a manager, but it didn't change much, which was a shame.
In the end, I would have liked to see a price concession, as this was not the relaxing holiday I needed.
I would also have liked to have been informed in advance about the daily construction noise.
Otherwise, it is a nice little hotel on the palm. The beach is a dream and you can relax there very well (on Sundays, without construction noise).

My stay in this hotel was exceptionally good. I was quite impressed by the size of our apartments. It was spacious, clean and neat. Otherwise, the plumbing and furniture were quite old and squeaky. The carpets need some professional cleaning. More pieces of equipment in the kitchen like cutlery mugs rug sponges and detergent. The restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive but the food does not match the price. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. It was sad that the spa was not included, but the pool was great. The hotel was not densely populated so it was very quiet and peaceful, although there was a massive construction site nearby which was very annoying. Overall I had a great experience here, customer service is GREAT, thanks for the good cleaning job Aman, Sadab, Fahri, and Uzair. Great hotel, but there is some work to be done.

Had a lovely stay at the Wyndham. Special shout out to Ramjan who was amazing with any requests and housekeeping looked fab- especially the little touches like the swan on the bed. Pool area good, get down early as many beds are reserved for residents (green towels)- food at pool reasonably priced and good quality.

Amazing service in our apartment. Cleaning always done to such a high standard and even decorated our room with towels and petals on my mothers birthday, was such a special touch and meant a lot. Our house staff were called Rahman and Sadab and they were extremely polite and accomodating young men who I would like to make a special thank you to. Would definitely use this again when holidaying in Dubai.

Sorry.We did not use the washing machine during our week long stay. But dish washing was done by housekeeping staff using dishwasher machine in the apartment and they really did a great job.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
