This was our 3rd visit staying in a Club Tower Room. Fruit left daily and our room was cleaned beautifully by Billal. Also appreciated the chocolates at turndown service every night. We love the executive lounge and enjoyed complimentary juices during the day, a wonderful afternoon tea and of course all the delicious canapés etc in the evening with our pre dinner drinks. Special mention to Solomon and Kaung for their perfect customer service and attention. We also enjoyed breakfast in this lounge every day as the main buffet restaurant was busy. There are so many places to sunbathe and wonderful not to have to worry about getting a sunbed. The pool assistants are always so efficient bringing towels, putting up the umbrella etc. The sunbeds are extremely comfortable with thick cushions. The only thing to be aware of is that water is chargeable in the outside areas - they only supply ice buckets etc. we were caught out on the first day but brought water down from the room on subsequent days. The restaurants are incredible here, the set menu for half board equally impressive. One welcome change is now the complimentary water with dinner in most restaurants. So this third visit was perfect again. Such an amazing Hotel and we can’t wait to return.

Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai is truly my top choice when staying in the city. The accommodation is of an exceptional standard, with the rooms impeccably maintained by the attentive housekeeping team. The daily servicing, both in the morning and evening, along with the thoughtful turn-down service, adds a touch of luxury that makes each stay incredibly comfortable.
The staff are outstanding—professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. I was particularly impressed with the early check-in I received, and when I requested a room in the separate tower building, they facilitated it without any hassle. It’s this level of service that keeps me coming back.
The resort grounds are pristine, beautifully maintained, and provide a serene escape with three stunning pools and access to a private beach. The sea temperature in August was a delightful mid-30s, perfect for a refreshing dip.

This was our third visit to the hotel but our first over New Year. Booked the whole package through Emirates, holiday and flight, as part of the deal received complimentary transfers from the hotel (which were superb) and the New Year Gala dinner included, more of that later. The hotel is superb, with the highest standards of quality and service in all areas, everyone is friendly and attentive. Although very busy you never feel crowded as there is so much room with options around the three pools, huge gardens and beach area, all of which as clean and beautifully maintained We had a Half Board option, and you can use this in the hotels restaurants, and those in its sister hotel The Grosvenor, this year we dined in Al Khama, Shades, Maya, Rhodes Twenty10, Geales and La Straya, and one night catching the free transfer bus the the Grosvenor to enjoy the bars there. Every restaurant was superb, the quality of the food and the service in all was wonderful. We had booked a Royal Tower suite again as we enjoy the use of the Royal Club Lounge for Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails from 6-8pm, well worth it in our opinion. We had New Years Eve in Geales restaurant, fantastic live band, beautiful food, the seafood tower to start was lovely, service superb and just before midnight going down to the beach to enjoy the drone shows and fireworks, the Hotel really did an amazing job and we had a great time. They had even set up a fun fair area for all the children to play in. We have not stayed in any other hotel in Dubai so I have nothing to compare it to, but my feeling is this place caters for all types, family groups, couples of all ages and it has the space to make the experience personal and special, not once did we ever feel cramped or disturbed by others. The location on Jemirah Beach is very good, the beach itself is beautiffuly clean, while the Walk has many great shops and restaurants, the Marina is also very close, again with great facilities. We will definatly return.

The hotel impressed with its cleanliness. Our room was large and spacious. The room was always clean, water bottles were always provided daily and there was fresh fruit every day. Abul, who was in charge of our room, was always friendly and always attentive to our welfare.
A negative point was that the air conditioning cooled the room but did not reduce the humidity sufficiently, which often made the floor and our clothes damp. Unfortunately, we also discovered mold in our bathroom towards the end of the stay.
The hotel has direct beach access. There were always plenty of sunbeds at the pool and beach and the service was excellent, both at the pool bar and on site.
The location of the hotel is ideal, right next to the JBR promenade and the port. Taxis were always available in front of the hotel and allowed quick access to many attractions and malls.
The hotel's restaurants offer good food, but the portions were rather small and the prices high.
At breakfast we had the choice between the main restaurant, which offered more choice but was also busier, and a quieter restaurant in the tower, which we preferred.
The service staff was consistently courteous and friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. Overall, we were satisfied.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel and would definitely return back to stay here. Staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful and hotel is kept very clean and to an excellent standard. Very nice rooms and pool/beach and spa facilities are very nice. We stayed on a half board basis and the food in the buffet was excellent with chef's catering for any specific dietary requirements you have - they made us any food that we requested for dinner and breakfast. Do not recommend the other restaurants within the hotel particularly Indya by Vineet and La Strega as service was very slow and food was average (we had sat in both restaurants for nearly 2 hours as food was coming out very slowly). Check-in into the hotel was also very fast, we arrived at 8am and within an hour we were given our rooms. As the rooms did not have walk in showers, we requested for a room with walk-in shower and they immediately changed our rooms and accommodated this for us without any hassle or fuss. We had come to celebrate a special birthday and the staff at reception were extremely kind in making the stay special by providing 2 birthday cakes throughout our stay and special thanks to Nick who upgraded us to the Club lounge. Highly recommend the club lounge as part of the stay which served an excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks along with drinks. Special thanks to Daniel in Club Lounge who ensured our stay was smooth and was always going above and beyond to make sure we were having an excellent stay in the hotel. George and Ben from concierge also always greeting us with a smile and there to help us with any of our needs. Their Guest service is excellent and the rooms were fully replenished all the time. Would highly recommend this hotel, staff are all exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate for any needs you have without any hassle. Will definitely be returning to stay here again.

Second visit to Le Royal Meridien, booked the whole package through Emirates holidays, this time we upgraded the room to a Sea view Tower Suite, which gave us a free transfer arranged by the hotel to and from the airport. Flew Emirates Premium Economy, very comfortable, although on the outbound flight meal service which took ages and only one drinks run left us feeling a bit forgotten. Airport transfer from the hotel was very good, from coming out of arrivals, met straight away and whisked off to Range Rover, given chilled water and towels and driven in comfort to the hotel. Check in at hotel very good, we arrived about 8am, so room was not ready, check in is at 2pm, offered complimentary breakfast and as we were still waiting at lunch time given complimentary meal at Geales restaurant. We upgraded room to Tower Suite, very comfortable room, with superb in house service, we were looked after very well by Sinan. With the upgrade you can use the Club Lounge for Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and complimentary drinks between 6pm-8pm, the service was superb as was the quality of the food and drinks. We were half board and you can use the allowance in a number of the hotels restaurants, we did so at Geales, Rhodes Twenty 10, and Indya, all were superb quality and service. The Hotel is one of the more established and original in Dubai, so what we liked about it was that it has huge grounds, so you can chose between three pool areas, beautiful gardens and a very large beach area. Never any problem getting a sun bed in any area. Although this is the only hotel we have stayed in Dubai, looking at many of the new ones, whilst they look amazing, some seem to have very small pool areas which with the amount of rooms they looked very cramped. The hotel has been superbly refurbished, it is immaculately clean in every area, whilst we travelled as a couple, it was English half term and there were many families there, and from what we could see the kids were very well looked after, and with so much room in the pools, beach and garden it never felt busy. The location is very good, you are able to walk all the way down Jumeirah Brach by the sea or down the drive with all the shops and restaurants. We find Dubai, clean, safe and friendly, getting around is easy via cab which are plentiful and reasonably priced. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel, and we will certainly be returning.

There is a reason that we, along with many other guests return each year. This hotel is flawless with the most exceptional staff. We spent another wonderful holiday here and enjoyed every moment so thank you once again. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds so unlike so many other hotels and buildings in Dubai there is a sense of space and you can wander round the grounds soaking up the atmosphere. There are 3 pools to choose from which is great and we enjoyed each morning going for a walk on the beach and a dip on the sea. Dilshan as always was exceptional by the pool and I miss his smiley face already. Also Sanal and Dani were always checking if we needed any drinks or food so thank you all for pampering us! As a parent one thing you want is your children to feel safe and I certainly feel this in this hotel and in Dubai. The breakfasts are sublime to start each day listening to the sound of the birds sitting in the gorgeous outdoor seating in Brasserie with such a great spread of food. Shalu, Saba and Julie in the restaurant always welcoming. Our room was spacious and always clean with fresh towels and the beds are so comfortable. The view on the balcony was great and each evening I enjoyed reading my book watching the sun set. (Thank you - Ravi who cleaned our room impeccably, twice each day) We enjoyed our drinks each evening in Latitude and the children loved playing pool and the staff were so friendly it was lovely to see them every evening so thank you to them all especially Alex. All the food in this hotel is unbelievably good we did not have a bad meal, nor have we previously. We really enjoy La Strenga and Max went above and beyond as my partner and I really fancied Chicken Milanese with spaghetti pomodore on the side which he kindly arranged. My daughter and I went to the Buddha Bar for a girly night and this was great fun with stunning food and a fantastic atmosphere and setting (a great night out) We also ate in Rhodes, Indya and of course Brasserie all of which were superb. Mubashar was a true gentleman who looked after us each day. He checked we had booked our dinner and also helped book my son to play golf at the many amazing golf courses. Afsal – who helped organise our waterpark tickets even on his day off. The legend Roy who is so welcoming at afternoon tea each day and Shiju on the front desk. A massive thank you to Eddy who is a shining example of a Guest Services Manager. I feel truly lucky each year to be able to return to this haven that is so special to all of us as a family. I don’t know any other hotels where the staff have been there for so long and this is why this place is so wonderful. They are like one big family that look after not only the guests but each other and that really is amazing to see. Even on the last day Florentina who was an intern here helped me print out my boarding passes , she was a lovely lady and I wish her well. Our stay was simply unforgettable! This hotel is the perfect place for families looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation and outstanding service. From start to finish we were spoiled all around and always felt well looked after.
Especially for families with children, this resort is a paradise. The **children's pool** offers hours of fun, while the **Kids Club** provides entertainment with a varied program and also gives parents time to relax. Our children were thrilled, and we had the assurance that they were in good hands.
