Owing to the confluence of Saudi and Iranian holidays, Dubai was devoid of reasonably-priced accommodaton on the day I arrived (the holiday was unbeknownst to me). The Al Khaleej Palace was the only hotel that offered rooms for rates that didn't shock my conscience. While the hotel has certainly seen better days, it is clean, it is safe, it is...

2nd time flying Emirates but had to stay overnight. We were sent to Copthorne Hotel desk but told "fully booked" so we would get something else instead and got this one. Got a shuttle to the hotel with about 13 others, we were all tired, had to queue at reception, they took our passports. Got room 200 or 201 and...

Hotel is located in the busy market area of Dubai. Close to creek, electronics market. The room service is average. Food quality is fine. Good for business travelers. Front desk, reception is average. Wi if service is good but most of the time does not work with no support staff to assist. Room is fine and provides basic amenities. Hotel...

Situated in a back street near Nasser Square. Not much in the way of restaurants in this area but very handy for the water taxis. The rooms are tired but the staff friendly. However guests seem to be mainly Soviet or Arab none of whom you want to sit across a table from at breakfast. Amazing table manners but that...

This a well spotted hotel in the heart of Nasser square in Diera. It provides all the needed comfort while the staffs are well mannered and friendly. The hotel gives one the advantage of shopping till late. However, the Internet service in the rooms should be improved and made efficient. More english channels should be provided. Very nice hotel.

We have just returned from our first trip to Dubai, having booked it through Airmiles, so both the hotel and the flight were free. I think it's important to mention this, because I'm not sure we'd pick this hotel again if we had to pay for it, but then again, all I know is that the whole thing cost us...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks during shopping festival. Located on Nasser square - shopping paradise for former soviet union shoppers - electronics, cheap clothes, leather and furs - all in one place and for cheapest prices in the world, 10 minutes walk from metro station, taxis all around. Hotel staff was very nice, russian-speaking-client-oriented), prolonged our stay without...

This hotel is located in the Deira area of Dubai right next to the Gold Souk, which meant there were lots of wee streets around you can walk around, haggle with some store owners, find nice cheap food. I would have an overall positive review of this hotel if it hadn't been for the price scam. After I booked the...
