Just finished our stay at Dubai Marine Beach resort and Spa; we had an amazing experience, it was an almost perfect stay. I would like to say that everyone was always accommodating and helpful when needed. The poolside common areas are great with sunbeds and umbrellas for free. Also the server "Christo" was very experienced and ever present to provide...

This was my 7th trip to Dubai, my first staying at the Marine Beach Resort. The hotel welcome was poor, the prices of drinks expensive even by Dubai standards (£7 for a can of coke). The rooms were very noisy and after a very disruptive sleep I complained to the reception at 4am after being kept awake with doors slamming,...

I have stayed here about 12 times over the past 2.5 years and it's a great mix to suit business and pleasure. Yes, the food and drink is pricey (Particularly with a 4.5/1 exchange rate) but it's dubai and that's how it is. However, the rooms are competitive compared to other hotels I have stayed in here so it's a...

The only problem with the hotel is that rooms are a bit small, but the staff are excellent, very friendly and efficient. I would normally say that the hotel doesn't live up to to its price, BUT, when you have great staff it makes up for it...... BIG SHOUT OUT to FRED in the lounge bar! Thanks

Best parts of my stay were the location of the hotel, Aroma spa, friendly concierges and a very kind and helpful employee (a tall Indian gentleman, whose name I have forgotten) in the reception when I arrived as well as the Wi-Fi, which seemed to work very well. The hotel rooms are located in villas, which are a short walk...

I had one night in that hotel and I completely disappointed with this property. First of all, I requested room with good sleep quality location but this request was absolutely ignored and at the reception ladies gave me the room right in front of the entrance on the ground floor. I was very surprised with the room conditions and its...

The hotel location is very good where there's so many restaurants & shops nearby so you can access it walking. It's a small resort with good staff. They will be trying to make you happy when needed. The room furniture is average but a bit old. Value for money is ok.

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
