I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights.This hotel is directed by Indian people.Everything in this hotel is avarage including cleanness,rooms,services,buffet. Hotel pleasant Clean and nice room Staff polite But very surprised when paying for room it was a extra 25% more then the priced shown on the internet as this hotel is a fair way from the sites and Airport i could of got a hotel nearer for the same price. No internet , breakfast and lunch suffer u after 2 days , no free cancelation , we stay 2 month ago , reception cant speak very well , roooooooooom too little , not enough light , hairdry fixed after two days , room service isnt goooooooooooood ,,,

I stayed in this hotel for 3days and the only advantage of this hotel is near to metro n shopping mall. The reception guys busy with their own world n no proper response. Breakfast is pathetic Some metal strings are knotted in bathtub to avoid leakage n taps r not in good condition. No free wifi Overall its below average... More

I have been in this hotel 2 times , the last time was better because they renew their rooms so the rooms were look nice . No sound in rooms and it was really good . The breakfast was not bad but the lunch was not good . The free disco was in ground flour and it was not bad... More

The staff at the reception were very impolite and did not care the customers at all. If you are searching for the economic accommodation than Claridge will be good option. Though the hotel is not good enough to make your trip wonderful but its pocket friendly. Location is accessible and metro station is nearby which is plus point of the hotel.

When ever you arrive to any hotel you would expect a warm welcoemed by crow? But here they are affraid to have new customer!!! Reciption who are managed with a very angry and non normal lady look like spies . There word we see from to most customer said by receiption is a big NO !!even not let you open... More

We stayed in this hotel from 16 to 19 of December 2013. Reception is not good which we expected better reaction and more friendly but they were more strict, the staff in restaurant during breakfast and lunch look like angry and not even one smile per hour! Housekeeping and service staff were friendly and a better! I only recommend this... More
