First off the reception team are 'so cheerful".....actually they were grumpy and looked miserable. They do not greet you when you arrive or when you need to ask a question. Perhaps that is because they assume you have a problem, which in this Hotel is not surprising. The whole place needs a refit and repairs to the bathrooms, electrical sockets...

Quite convenient and accessible to Metro Station, Restaurant and Night Life (Clubbing). Although I and my friend arrived at the hotel earlier than checking hour they still accommodate us and give us a place to stay with my friends.

The hotel is located in Al Rigga adjacent to the Shaik Zayed main road and is 10-15 minutes away from notable landmarks like the Burj Khalifa. The hotel is a budget one, and having experience staying at many hotels I am overall disappointed. The hotel room, a single room with a double bed was not entirely clean, the room had...

Needs a good clean and upgrade. My first impression of this hotel was that everything seemed nice, but staying 3 days sure opened my eyes to all the dirt and the non performance of staff on this level. Sure this hotel was not expensive, and must have been a good place to be in it's hayday. We found that food...

If you are looking for a safe and comfortable place to night's sleep, would definitely recommend the hotel. It is value for hotel. Ideal location with just 5 mins walk to metro station and taxis being easily available. We just had a bit of problem to locate the hotel on arrival and the reception staff are just ok. The breakfast...

I stayed at this hotel sept 9 till sept 15. My stay coincided with the pilgrimage that occurs during the last month of the Islamic year, called "Dhul-Hijjah" ("The Month of Hajj"). The event is also marked by the Islamic holiday, Eid al-Adha, which falls on the 10th day of the lunar month. Every year, millions of Muslims gather in...

200 meter from Al Rigga Metro station that connects you to rest of DXB and airport on Red line. Very well situated, fairly clean. If they change their male receptionist, they may get more customers. Overall, average experience with a budget hotel.
