Very friendly staff, specially Ajith who made our dinner extra special. A good spread of indian dishes like chaat counter, paneer kadai,dal makhni,mutton biryani is above expectation, must try Pani puri and live kebab platter,. We will sure come back again for dinner

Stayed for 2 night in the hotel,staff is really help full,at reception all the team members are very nice and friendly, tried breakfast in the morning all the team is very nice and accomodate the request, chef at live kitchen is presentable and always smile,very good spread from juices,fruits,salad breads, thank you so much I will sure come back

I've stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world, this is the worst experience ever. It was not worth my money. I'll share what made me say this: (1) I had to wait for a long time just to get some sliced fruits. (2) I got spoiled yoghurt, and that was disgusting. (3) While I was in the buffet area I noticed that the person who was cooking was also refilling the buffet. Clear unprofessionalism (4) I had to wait to get the buffet refilled, everything is very slowly done (4) I was only presented with one type of cheese, I don't even want to call it a 5 star hotel (4) Most food looked very old. (5) At least I expected the salad section to be worth it. But no, the quality was very poor, especially the fruit salad. I've stayed in other branches of Mövenpick, and I have never experienced such problems. You will lose your loyal customers if this continues. Please look into it…

I went there for breakfast, it was my one of the worst b. f that I had.How long we wait there.. I never had a moment like that. Poor breakfast.., not proper refilling, spoiled yogurt, more than 10 minute waiting for slice fruits, fruit salad look old,. very dry croissant,(two piece only there after 20 minutes chef is refilling croissant) one Chef making omelette that same person doing buffet refilling also.. soft bread roll very old, slice tomato is not fresh, very old lettuce.
