The perfect place to stay if you love to cook. There are only 4 rooms here so you can really feel at home. It's really reasonably priced and the owners are very friendly. The kitchen has the best view in sucre, and it's also really well equipped so we made almost every meal here and felt very comfortable. It's up...

We cannot recommend Casa Al Tronco enough. Tania was a wonderful host, the breakfasts were fantastic, the rooms were cleaned every day and totally secure, the view from the suite, the roof and the kitchen were amazing and the entire stay was faultless.Ten minutes walk to the centre, and away from the noise of the city. Our friends stayed here...

This is a place where other casa's, B&B's, hotels and hostals should have a multiple day course in hospitality. Managed by Ebo and Tania this place is outstanding in giving you a 5-star treatment at a reasonable price. The contact with the owners is very good and personal. They provide with you complete information about Sucre and on request they...

It was easy to walk to the city center or grab a taxi, and being away from the center ensures a beautiful view and peaceful accommodations. The place was sparkling clean as well. A couple things to note: There is a kitchen available for use There...

This is the nicest accommodation we have had during our two month stay in South America (and I'm sure it will be the best of our entire three month trip). The room, kitchen and common area were all clean, comfortable and well decorated. Returning to Casa Al Tronco after a day in the city or a trek in the mountains...

Ebo and Tania are wonderful hosts, and have a beautiful Home that they share with their guests. The rooms are immaculate, artistic and quirky! They are more stylish than any art hotel I've stayed at in Aus/London- really funky! They provide wonderful hand drawn maps and written guides to the area and are on hand always to answer any questions...

Tania and Ebo are extremely welcoming and full of great tips and advice. The inn has a beautiful setting; our room had a panoramic view of the mountains and city. Everything was really well...

Myself and my partner spent the year traveling around South East Asia and South America and Casa Al Tronco was possibly the best place we stayed throughout our entire trip. The couple that run it are great, the rooms are great, the facilities are great, the view is great, the location (although it's on quite a steep hill) is great....
