Very nice hotel, in a histórical building, with the rooms around several patios with Classic colonial decor. Clean, confortable and well equipped rooms, although the bathroom needed some updates. The breakfast bufete was aceptable: a continental buffet of good quality but limited choice plus your preferid eggs. No restaurant in the hotel for dinner or lunch. Nice bar, a small...

The breakfast was delicious even though few waiters spoke English - we easily managed. The hotel was central but sadly as our room overlooked the road the traffic was bad all day - it did ease at night. There was a pleasant roof top terrace but nobody told us about it except Trip Advisor reviewers. Old fashioned decor but quite...

The hotel is beautiful, the decoration, the patios, but the most beautiful part is when you discover the terrace and the top roof mirador. Those last places are worth your whole stay. The rooms were very big, comfortable, but a little bit cold (apparently it is only centralized heating). They distributed coca chocolates - which were delicious - as a...

Our room was on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel on two courtyards. Positives: - fitness had modern equipment with 2 treadmills and 2 stairmasters - lovely hotel with interior courtyards and traditional decor of high quality - very good location near the main plaza - beautiful rooftop sitting area with views - room was comfortable. no...

I'm embarrassed that it is taken me so long to write this review. It's because I wanted to get my photos of this place together but my phone is having technical difficulties and I wanted to make sure that I really helped people to understand how glorious this hotel truly is. Around every turn, there are beautiful things to take...

We stayed with a large group. Lovely hotel, quaint, good food, gracious proprietor, comfortable beds. No complaints! Go downstairs to see the private dining room. Breakfast buffet was simple, but can get eggs to order. Would stay again

We have several friends who have stayed here (multiple times) and they only had positive things to say about the hotel. I must say, everyone at the hotel were very hospitable and serve-minded, which was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was so tasty! Fresh fruit, bread, cereals, cakes, juices, tea/coffee and eggs made to order - I...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, really our first impression of the check in process was disastrous. No information not even a hello! And then insteas of a suite they gave us a diuble room and thought we wouldnt notice! However after a 'discussion' our room was changed to the room we should have had! The rest of...

The hotel is a gem in Bolivia. Mr. Rodriguez Calvo and his staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel is a "museum" treasure in Sucre. Artifacts are every where. Each room is set up a bit differently. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the square and restaurants, clean, comfortable and inexpensive. Without...
