This was my second 3 night stay while visiting my daughter at U of M. The room was clean and Sarah, as always, was welcoming. She serves a great breakfast. The Inn is decorated with interesting, eclectic art and objects. The location is convenient to campus and downtown.

Sarah was very accommodating vis-a-vis our arrival time. The breakfast was delicious and the stay itself lovely. The rooms were clean and well appointed. While some rooms require a shared bathroom, the shower quality was high and we never had to wait to get in.

I stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home. Sarah did a fabulous job attending to anything I needed with the bonus of delicious food and great conversation. Very comfortable and beautiful house to stay in! Like visiting a friend + getting great advice on where to go eat and visit!

My wife and I stayed at the BTI for 3 nights. It was probably the coldest weekend we experienced all year, but we enjoyed the house. Sarah was great and enjoyed her company. The master bedroom is very comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. We spent the weekend with our daughter and son-in-law who had been at the BTI before.

The Burnt Toast Inn has so many wonderful details - all we needed/wanted was there and more. Beautiful well appointed home & grounds, luscious chocolate awaiting on the oh so comfy bed, terrific tub in the Master room, hearty, delicious breakfast and perhaps the most charming of all - Sarah, the proprietor!

Wonderful lodgings in Ann Arbor, walkable to the shops and restaurants and Central Campus. Sarah makes a grand breakfast and is gracious and helpful. Rooms are clean and attractive with special personal touches here and there.

My husband and I stayed in the Master Suite at Burnt Toast this past week while house hunting. The room was fabulous! Beautifully decorated, lots of windows, and a huge bathroom with a soaking tub. Our host, Sarah, couldn't have been more accommodating. She greeted us with a friendly welcome even though we were late arrivals and always provided us...

Since my last review, we have stayed multiple times at the Burnt Toast on William Street. We have stayed in the Attic Suite, the Master Suite, and the Green Room and love them all. The location is so close to downtown--you can walk everywhere and good shopping and dining are closeby to this lovely neighborhood. Sarah is gracious, helpful, and...

Our group of 8 rented the entire Burnt Toast Inn for a long weekend visit to Ann Arbor to watch our beloved Penn State Nittany Lions take on the Michigan Wolverines. Our team went down to defeat--we'll get better!--but our weekend in Ann Arbor couldn't have been any better otherwise. The town and campus are lovely and the people friendly....
