Vince, at the Front desk is so helpful and patient when we ask for extra pillows, etc. Vince is really a special Front a desk manager. The staff in the breakfast area and courteous and so helpful. The fitness area has everything you need for an overall workout. Pool looks nice for laps or kiddos. Mini frig is very helpful. We had a one bedroom suite. Very comfy and quiet. . Go Blue!!

Clean and large room. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom. Nice breakfast with several choices. Located west of town in quiet area. Excellent German restaurant close by. Easy check in and check out.

Hotel and rooms kept clean but had to ask for some supplies. However Staff very friendly and very accommodating. Great place to lay your head for the night. Breakfast provided more than substantial. Would recommend.

Spent a night there on a cross - country trip with my sister. Located in an industrial park with lots of hotels in same area. Convenient location with amenities nearby. Good beds, clean rooms. Didn't eat breakfast there - they charge for it so we went elsewhere. Modern, clean hotel - I'd stay there again.

The woman on the front desk, Melanie, was excellent. We’re required a later check-in and she took care of that, fixed an issue with our friends reservation very efficiently. She was very knowledgeable, and was able to recommend food delivery late at night. Room was clean, bed was comfy.

I recently retired and found myself in Michigan. The hotel staff especially Geniva and Melanie were so kind and assisted me with finding wonderful gems in the city. My room was very nice and even had a sofa to relax on, so that I didn't just have to use the bed. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. There is a great German restaurant in the same parking lot called Metzger's, which I also found great for an evening drink as the hotel does not have a lounge. If I could make one suggestion, it would be offering some almond milk for breakfast. Overall wonderful stay and beautiful hotel!

The first thing upon entering the hotel it smelled and looked amazing. The desk Agent upon our late Arrival Marlin was exceptional. He helped us navigate the hotel. The beds were so comfortable and surprising the pull out sofa was comfy as well for my children. We as well enjoyed the breakfast the pancake machine was great.

We stayed here for 1 night with our family - mom/dad/3 kids - ages 3/5/7years. The person at the desk was a bit surly when we checked in and gave us zero information besides handing us our room key. Any other interaction we had with staff was pleasant though. The room was clean - no bath tub but a big shower. Fridge in the room was nice so we could store leftovers from dinner. Beds were comfortable. TV was as expected. We took the kids to the pool - a great size for little ones. Lack of towels in the pool area. There's also a hot tub which is not exactly hot, but the kids found it novel (we were the only ones there). Good hours for the pool - open early and late. Breakfast the next morning was ok. Good variety but the pancake machine wasn't working (are they ever?) and the biscuits were total raw dough in the middle - good cinnamon buns, sausages, eggs, yogurt, cereal, milk and juices available. And coffee, of course. Definitely hit up the pie place that's in the nearby plaza. We took 2 mini pies home and they were amazing!…

Nice location far enough off the highway to be quiet. Very modern, and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. However there was a cold draft on the floor coming from under the heating/ac unit. Probably not sealed properly. The breakfast is in a nice area, but the food was Luke warm at best, and the coffee very week, like it had been watered down. You would probably be better if you went to the McDonalds or Tim Horton’s next door for breakfast.

The hotel was ok. Traveled here with a hockey team for a tournament. The rooms were huge which is a big plus. However, the sliding shower door showed tons of mildew at the base, the towels stored on the shelf still had hair attached, and the fresh towels brought on our third day smelled of food. If you’re super picky, don’t look in the corners of the room. Nothing super gross, but they need attention. We asked for housekeeping on the third day. They picked up our dirty towels, emptied the garbage, did not make the beds or appear to wipe surfaces which I had picked up. Now for the positives: the staff allowed us to bring in food and enjoy the lobby to play games, the staff were very friendly, and it was a good location.
