The staff was exceptionally helpful. Littiece and David in particular (both front desk staff) advised me on directions and traffic conditions for downtown Detroit. This place is always clean, well-managed and pet friendly for my old beagle who likes to travel. I'll definitely stay here again!

Came to Ann Arbor for a family wedding and stayed here for one night with my extended family of 10 people. Tracy at the reception desk could not have been nicer, more accommodating, helpful, efficient, and great at problem solving! She made it seamless for us navigating through the minor snafus that we encountered, Make this woman a manager!! The rooms worked very well for us as they are all suites so there is a pull out couch for extra sleeping. The. breakfast is free, but we opted to walk to one of the many places nearby to have a more extensive meal. Would stay here again if the occasion arose,

Five of us family members had a very nice stay…May 4 thru May 8. The two room suit was very clean and comfortable. The beds made it easy to fall asleep after long days of activity. The fitness center was very well equipped and equally clean and well stocked with water and workout towels. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty food items. Lastly, two front desk staff, Littiece and Kevin were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Every time I asked for directions, they were eager to make sure I understood where I was going. They always greeted me with a friendly hello every time I walked through the door. Bottom line, they were very nice people.

Amazing and attentive staff, great hospitality, very spacious and comfortable rooms, superb location
Our extended family stayed here for a graduation weekend, and we all loved it! The staff is amazing and SO friendly—Tracey, Annalee, and Walter were so attentive to our group—they smiled, had cheerful demeanors, and made us feel genuinely welcome during our entire stay—and they even loved our dog who was traveling with us. The suites were very clean and spacious and gave us the room to visit together. The lobby is also beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating. It was great to spend time each morning at the (free!) breakfast. Coffee was excellent. Everything about our stay was superb and truly added to our celebratory weekend. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend this place!

I always receive great service from the engaging Associates ... every visit. Without fail Walter and Mosiah make me feel at home and welcomed. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food and coffee/tea is well attended to, but I come back because of the staff. Thank for having me back.

Every single person was kind, cheerful and helpful. Each person went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Litiece is the perfect example of how to treat a guest. She was wonderful. They even had an outside omelet maker come one day for the complimentary breakfast. When is rained for graduation, they had umbrellas and ponchos. Each day there were cookies and treats when we returned to the hotel. Great place to stay for UofM gradation!

The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The location was perfect for strolling through downtown Ann Arbor. AnnaLee, one of the concierges at the front desk was very personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend spending a night!
