Visiting family we decided to stay in a hotel to enable better social distancing during the pandemic of 2020, we chose to stay at Weber's in after reading their Covid-19 plan they've posted on their web site.

Before we arrived, we received an email stating the pool and hot tub are closed, which makes complete sense since it's nearly impossible to social distance in a pool and hot tub and you cannot wear a mask while swimming. They were very open and transparent with that information.

When we arrived, everyone in the hotel was wearing a mask and they had socially distance placed markers. The rules are plastered outside, wear a mask! When we checked in, the person at the front desk told us that the room we had was cleaned and then left empty for 72 hours. Another relief!

We got to our room via an elevator that was for us alone to the 4th floor. The room was sparkling clean and we had another relief.

While it's not ideal to stay in a hotel during a pandemic, it was nice to know that this hotel took this seriously. They aren't playing the chicken and egg game, saying one thing on their web site and doing another.

So you know, the room is NOT cleaned during your stay. No one, except us, entered that room. Once we left, they cleaned. You can ask for towels and other amenities. During the week, they offered complimentary bakery items (YUM) and on Saturday and Sunday you can order breakfast either in their restaurant or with room service. We didn't eat the food, but appreciated the offering.

From now on, we will be staying here while we visit family until it's safe for us to all be in a room together again. Hopefully soon! Thanks again Weber's Inn!

Came here for an extended date night. Stayed in an upgraded king room. Room was compact, but made a great use of space. Check in was quick, warm and friendly. Drinks at habitat, dinner at Weber's and drinks at the restaurant bar while we enjoyed a uniquely talented pianist and conversation with fellow patrons.

The vibe of the place is not unlike other boutique hotels we've stayed in. Well appointed rooms with lovely decor and upgrades such as the toto toilet, luxury shower and Bluetooth mirror allow for a very effective retreat for the time we were there. As we strolled through the halls and lobby there were some gorgeous and unique finishes and areas that set this hotel apart from the chains. The bar and restaurant was not at all like the airport lounge like atmosphere in many of the chain high end hotels I've stayed at. Character throughout. Such a wonderful atmosphere!

The rooms did seem to have thin walls, but we didn't have any noise issues as others have had. We were set away from the poolside rooms particularly for this reason. And to avoid the chlorine scent that tends to hang out in those areas.

Dinner was delicious, and everything was cooked to perfection. Make reservations in advance if you plan on dinner. I made mine a day ahead and still had to shift to a slightly earlier time. Service was great.

The pool area was busy, but really neat to see. The soda machine at the pool was empty, but we got some waters for the fridge in our room and with the bustle there, I'm sure they ran out. Even as busy as it was, it did not feel crowded. The pool area is really warm so be prepared.

The room service menu was fairly extensive and our breakfast was really good.

I would recommend this as a lovely mini getaway at a value.

Our first time in Michigan. We took a chance on a non-chain hotel. This hotel was lovely! The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel and the rooms were clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and not overpriced. This is a happening place on weekends! We went to the bar on Saturday night to get a nightcap and there was not even a place to stand! The live music sounded great - by the way. So we ordered our drinks to be delivered to our room via room service. We waited a while but the TV in our room offered premium channels so we were watching a movie and it was no problem. If we are ever back in Ann Arbor, we would not stay anywhere else.

We traveled here for a company dinner and booked a room in advance. HUGE mistake. The buffet dinner consisting of carved roast beef was served buffet style on glass salad plates with no knives. I was told the food here is excellent, from my experience in the grand ballroom it leaves much to be desired. The meat was tough, so tough my husband had to pull out his pocket knife to cut it. The chicken was dry to the point of cardboard. Breakfast pancakes were burned and served that way. The room had clean sheets and furniture, the carpets are filthy, leave your feet black when you get out of the
Shower filthy. The noise levels in the hotel are ridiculously loud. It sounded like the people upstairs were in our room, the people on the other side of the wall were " getting busy " until well after 2 am and we heard everything. The ice maker was near our room, at 1:46am I called the front desk begging them to help as some people had been filling coolers up with ice for over 20 min.
The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I have ever been in and I am a Realtor. It is impossible use toilet without first scooting between the toilet and counter to shut the door. The pool area is nice, however there is an inset area with foot wash that is not clearly marked, where I tripped and fell into the patio. We should have stayed anywhere but here. I was told the food here is excellent and that this is a 4 star hotel, from my experience I have no interest in coming back to sample the prime rib. We travel extensively, and have experience with hotels and fine dining, this was not an experience up to parr.
Check in was 4pm, and checkout at 11am, no early check ins and no late check outs allowed. So even if you do eventually fall asleep, you have to be up early to check out.
There was a child’s birthday party utilizing multiple rooms around the pool area, the children were being kids and thus rambunctious, the mess they left everywhere in the pool area was not picked up, cake, cups, punch, pizza boxes, were there at 5pm and still there at 11pm and in the morning at 7am. I could not sleep so went for a walk. I will never stay here again, and do not feel inclined to try the restaurant ever.

I've never experienced the kind of extra thoughtfulness that went into a hotel room. It was wonderful. The room was laid out differently and had a homey feel. The bathroom was the best with the lighted mirror, bluetooth music, rain shower head with more shower heads in the wall to get every inch of you washed.

The toilet had a heated seat with bidet features. And it flushed and cleaned itself. Loved it!

Ordered room service. The app was easy to navigate. The communication was good when they were running late and also out of an item we ordered. The only negative is when our food arrived, it was cold to barely warm. That was very disappointing.

Overall, I would stay here again, but not do room service.

The room was on the smaller size and the small closet was in the bathroom. However, we felt spoiled by the rainfall shower head, bidet and large, fluffy towels! We didn't swim as intended but the water felt warm and the pool area was inviting. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant. We liked the piped-in jazz music and then loved the piano player who began around 9 AM!

Hotels aren't too exciting during COVID, so the joy of a truly high end bathroom in your room was a sheer delight. Shower has 3 types of water streams, and you can connect your phone to the contacts on the mirror to have your own music in the shower. But the best part was the heated seat on a toilet that offered bidet and drying options while self-cleaning. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The coffee in-room was terrible (Starbuck's, which I dislike) but downstairs they had good coffee. Would love to stay there for a weekend getaway and never leave the room!

Weber's Inn is where my wife and chose to spend our last night of our Michigan vacation. We had a deluxe room with a king sized bed. The room is decorated in what I would call 60s modern. However, this is 60s modern done right. None of the furnishings have a cheap feel. In other words, done right. In the deluxe suite the bathrooms have been upgraded. First a shower that gives you three ways to take a shower. Big rain head, multiple side heads or a wand with a big rain head. The toilet has a heated bidet that lights up upon your arrival. The mirror plays music or whatever, blue-toothed from your phone. The room was quiet and dark. The only complaint was breakfast. Breakfast is normally not included as most people go the the restaurant for breakfast because of Covid-19 the restaurant was closed so the had a very limited selection at the front desk; coffee and pastries. Covid-19 procedures appear to be strictly enforced.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Had a first floor room poolside which was quiet for sleeping and fun to enjoy the saltwater pool and amenities right outside the door.

Grandchildren enjoyed meeting new friends and swimming for the afternoon. The hot tub was a great respite and worked its magic on these old bones!

The bed was super luxurious and comfortable and all the extra pillows were appreciated. Love all the updates!

The huge glassed-in shower with choice of rain shower or hand held was just the ticket while listening to music via Bluetooth mirror.

We had a scrumptious breakfast and we’re treated like royalty throughout our stay.

As a youngster, I remember this hotel and restaurant as always being a first class operation and I’m so thrilled I chose to stay as an adult and share the experience with my family. This brought back so many fond memories!!

The staff should be commended for their attention to detail throughout the property!! Kudos to one and all. We will be back soon!

I’ve heard about Weber’s and driven by many times but had never visited till now.
We were just looking for a quick overnight trip to break up the winter monotony.
Check in was quick and easy. Friendly front desk. We booked a King room, not poolside.
Room was a bit small but remodeled with very nice amenities. The king bed was fluffy with lots of pillows and very comfortable. Large new tv was very nice. The bathroom was awesome with very modern features like the Bluetooth in the mirror, rainfall shower, and even the toilet equipped with the bidet.

We had a drink at Habitat followed by a fantastic dinner at Weber’s. We did room service breakfast that was awesome. Ordered through the Webers app. It was hot and on time. Awesome French toast!

Only downside was we could hear a lot of noise in our room from neighboring rooms.
I was woken up around 2am by people in the hallway talking as they walked by. Maybe the doors aren’t insulated very well?
Despite this, we really enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing weekend with great food and drinks. This won’t be our last visit.

There is a shuttle that picks up and goes to the U of M stadium the day of the game. Uber and cabs are used to get guests downtown. Weber's is an Ann Arbor’s landmark restaurant, featuring the areas finest prime rib, steaks and seafood. The Habitat Lounge is also part of Weber's Hotel & Restaurant which offers live entertainment and dancing.
