Absolutely wonderful stay! Had a first floor room poolside which was quiet for sleeping and fun to enjoy the saltwater pool and amenities right outside the door. Grandchildren enjoyed meeting new friends and swimming for the afternoon. The hot tub was a great respite and worked its magic on these old bones! The bed was super luxurious and comfortable and all the extra pillows were appreciated. Love all the updates! The huge glassed-in shower with choice of rain shower or hand held was just the ticket while listening to music via Bluetooth mirror. We had a scrumptious breakfast and we’re treated like royalty throughout our stay. As a youngster, I remember this hotel and restaurant as always being a first class operation and I’m so thrilled I chose to stay as an adult and share the experience with my family. This brought back so many fond memories!! The staff should be commended for their attention to detail throughout the property!! Kudos to one and all. We will be back soon!

+ves: The rooms are spacious and the amenities are above average. I've stayed in many 4-star hotels and this one is definitely not on the top 5 of my recommendations. -ves: The hospitality is completely missing in this hotel The front desk is not at all helpful when it comes to accommodating average requests like extending one's stay. I won't be staying here again.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had a fantastic stay. The modern rain shower and bathroom amenities including a bluetooth speaker connection through the mirror were unexpected from an older boutique hotel - 5 star bathroom for sure. Very clean and modern all around. The highlight was actually the service. Always someone helpful at the front desk 24/7. First day we arrived off a red-eye and somehow they found room for us to check in incredibly early. On our last day I was still waiting on an important package that UPS lost in transit. I gave them my details and the manager Carolyn was kind enough to help me. She received the package the day after I left due to the UPS delay and she helped take care of the return shipment by affixing a new label and sending it where it needed to go on my behalf. Honestly way more effort and accommodation that I could have expected. They were just happy to help. Thank you so much - will certainly return here if we're back in Ann Arbor!

This hotel was beautiful! !Everyone from the front desk, an all we came in contact with were great. Rooms are sooo clean and open, beautifully decorated . Our dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, and we surely enjoyed the Habitat Bar, which has happy hour from 4-6. We had the king deluxe and the bed was just like at home, so comfy.. The bathroom is amazing huge shower, with its own ammenities . We will be staying every time we are in Ann Arbor.

I stayed October 1-3 ,2021 hotel was nice rooms could use some work bathroom was nice I had forth floor poolside room very noisy you can hear everything from the pool .The restaurant and bar was nice al though there are connected I took the train and then took a uber to the hotel there’s nothing within walking distance to do but the hotel does have quite a bit to do on site check in and check out was quick the only down side I requested a king and they gave me a double with no compensation the host at the restaurant was a little slow but the server was great overall not bad a little pricey and a lot of kids so I guess it depends on what you like or prefer I would probably check some of the other hotels in the downtown area for the price and convenience of having more options in terms of bars and restaurants within waiting distance
