We have stayed at the Ann Arbor Regent many times over the last few years. This time we had to extend our stay due to an unexpected medical emergency. I'm thankful to Michelle for working with us during a difficult time to extend our stay and offer us a reduced medical rate. My daughter needed a wheelchair post surgery, and Regent was able to loan us a wheelchair for the remainder of our visit. We have always been happy with our stay at the Regent Ann Arbor. It is clean and quiet and we love that it is a quick drive to the University of Michigan.

I booked and paid through Travelocity (aka Expedia) for my second night at this hotel. The first night was booked through the hotel's website. The receipt for my first night (3.25.23) was slid under my door and I was told that was how they delivered receipts. I did not get a receipt for the second night. On Monday (3.27.22), I noticed a pending charge of $151.04 on my checking account. I called and was told that someone made a mistake and they did not give me credit for paying with Travelocity. I was also told that the manager was teying to get the hold reversed. It's now Wednesday, the charge went through and I see nothing in my bank account that indicates a refund is on the way. Guess that's the reason that I did not get a receipt for the second night. Make sure you check your account if you paid through a different site!!…

We (family in 3 different rooms) had a pleasant stay for one night at the Regent. Will plan on returning there. The place is kept very clean, the game and swimming offerings are ample and engaging, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Pool temp was good on the warmer side. Game room was cool. Very nice pool table and cues. Room was clean. Breakfast was good; eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, home fries, fruit, yogurt.

Excellent, friendly, responsive staff! Very nice breakfast, but wish that it went longer than 10am. Door knob of bathroom door was very loose and I just tightened the screws myself and it was fine. Fitness room was very nice and well maintained. We stay at this hotel several times a year for the last five years as our son lives in Ann Arbor. Would highly recommend!.

The whole building is way out of date, the wifi is horrid, the TV is not able to cast or anything. The beds are good but should be updated if you are going to charge over 200 per night. Also, charging people a dollar for water that is not even cold is insane, I slept well but doubt I will book again.

We reserved my room last week an when we got there Friday not only did we find a dirty sock in the room under the bed then when we got in the jacuzzi an bubbles started coming out from the jets. We went down stairs a said something to the front desk and they just moved us rooms. We get into our new room and that room was dirty as well. There was hair on the bed an in the tub a there was a piece of toilet paper shoved in the peep whole in the door which was super nasty!!

I brought my son to Ann Arbor for the Big10 Wrestling tournament. The hotel was close to the venue and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was great!
