Had one of the worst nights sleep here. Room is energy efficient which is good. Whats bad is the A/C shuts on/off throughout the night. No constant fan option. I had to swing my arm around to get the fan to turn back on because it has a motion sensor. When the fan goes off you hear everything your neighbor...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We had a excellent stay from start to finish. Faith was welcoming and attentive to our needs. I always love that special little attention you get as a Hilton Honors member too (free snacks and drinks upon arrival, upgraded internet access, and a little extra care from the staff). The beds were hard. The pool was small, but effective. The...

The room was outstanding, and the staff was very professional. The Front Dest Agents, Shaun Don, Diane, Justin and Carrie, were all very professional with their assistances/advice/recommendations relating to my inquires. I would like to mention that Faith took my registration for the stay at your hotel, and she was very informative and friendly which made it easy for me...

It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and Faith was very helpful recommending a restaurant for dinner and providing directions. My room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and enjoy the shopping at the outlet mall.

Customer Service was very helpful. From the time we made our reservations to the time we checked out. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast food tasted great. Pool area was nice and not over crowded so the little kids could play and have fun.

Clean rooms and facility. Great breakfast choices. The pool was a little cold. Staff very willing to help with anything we asked for and even went above and beyond. I did have an issue with the blow dryer in the room. I reported issue.

Easy check in. Decent room with 2 Queens and nice sized bathroom. Kids forgot their toothbrushes, no problem with getting from front desk. Pool was crowded with little kids since this is Spring break. Room was clean. Breakfast was average fare. Beds were very comfortable. Noisy kids above us but they quieted down at 11 pm and didn't start up...

The aquarium over at great lakes is pretty cool and definitely a must see- Make sure you ask the desk about possible promotions being offered in regards to tickets for the aquarium :)
