We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit in the Ropewalk East section, and it's a mixed bag. The unit is large (plenty of space for six), with a dreadfully saggy/lumpy mattress in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There's a foldout sofa in the living room -- we can't speak to the comfort for sleeping, as...

Thank you for the feedback on the mattresses. We are constantly assessing and updating our units and promise you’ll find your next stay more restful (and please feel free to let us know next time so we can switch you!) We’re glad to hear you took advantage of our popular van trips, especially the excursions to the nearby Science Center,...

First the village you stay in makes a difference. Rope walk east is right on the highway all you hear all night is traffic noise not what you expect in rural New Hampshire. Buildings are clean but dated, pool indoor and out are OK but nothing special. Golf course is mediocre at best look for alternatives a related course Pheasant...

Sorry to hear your stay was less than perfect. Since we are conveniently close to Interstate 93, from which access to most New Hampshire attractions are made easier, some of our units can occasionally hear the Interstate traffic. I'm not familiar with Pheasant Valley, but know the on-site White Mountain Country Club and nearby Owl's Nest Golf Club consistently attract...

My daughter invited us to spend time with them and the grandkids during this past Easter Spring break. We stayed in a two floor unit that slept eight of us. We had a great time at this resort. Staff was unbelievable and always went out of their way to help us with any of our needs. Met several owners in...

Could not have been happier. We wanted to do 1 last trip before school started. We found Cold Springs through the recommendation of a owner. We were able to get a good room (The Lodge) right behind the pro shop. After our check in and found the unit and got settled. The kitchenette was small ( we expected this )...

So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Our "Lodge" accommodations are a popular spot for couples or smaller families and it's nice to hear it fulfilled all your needs while visiting (especially the quiet, cool air conditioners). Also nice to hear you enjoyed our location with easy access to the likes of Clark's Trading Post. We wish...

We spent a week there, using the RCI arrangement, and loved it. The second floor suite had a large living room with fireplace, kitchen perfect and well equipped (all eating & cooking utensils imaginable, pots, plates, etc.) - even with a closeted, stackable washer/dryer. Small screened porch overlooking woods, medium dining area w/table & chairs; two bedrooms, and each room...
