I am sure this place is great in the dry but a little disappointing in the wet season with no game. The very large 'house' dog is a bit of a shock for arriving guests. A local waterhole so can be noisy.

The rooms are comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities required. The menu in the small restaurant is impressive and the service from the kitchen is good. Franz and Mandy make their guests feel very welcome and give their personal attention to everyone. After a 3 night stay I felt that I have made 2 new friends. Definitely recommended...

We were recommended by a couple of Lusaka to overnight here. We arrived late afternoon and was "welcomed" by a very unfriendly woman(Mandy)Gave us the key to the room and that was a shocker. No kettle, no plugs, quite dark inside and not very clean. Husband ordered supper for 18:00 and could only eat at 19:15 Again this woman was...

Due to circumstances we required a lodge in Pandamatenga and were welcomed warmly by Franz and Mandy in their friendly and beautiful small-scale lodge. Their personal attention made the stay a very pleasant experience for us and the kids. Rooms are comfortable, large and clean and very reasonably priced. The restaurant has a good chef offering a nice variety of...

What a nice place! It was my second stay this year and I already feel like a friend. The host Franz is very friendly and helpful. A total hands-on approach to managing the lodge. The cottages are basic but really nicely done. The food has been great every time. A bit of a wait, but you know it is fresh...

As the name say this place is a peace of Africa that touch you . The staff is well educated in the knowledge of the area as well as nature. It is clear why the local farming community supports the lodge as the service and prices is very competitive. The food is of the high quality and personal attention to...

During our trip from okavango delta to zambia and nambia we passed this peaceful place. The owners are really friendly and hospitable. It is a perfect place to have a short stopover and / or a day off. The chalets are really big and you've got a lot of space in it. The labda area (the place were the open...

We stopped at this lodge for lunch on our way to Zimbabwe before crossing border at Pandamatenga. Arriving completely unannounced and being vegetarians we were expecting to be quickly sent away, but instead we were made very welcome and had one of the best meals of our trip. We didn't have the chance to stay overnight, but would highly recommend...
