This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life! When we pulled up there was a dirty diaper in the space where we parked in the lot. The lobby windows looked like they haven't been cleaned since the hotel was built; the windows were opaque! The first room they gave us was horrible: the key hole below the card slot was missing so there was a hole I can put my finger through, it smelled of mildew, the material of desk chair was peeling, and the blanket had a cigarette hole in it. When I asked to change rooms, the lady at the front desk was clueless as to why. She gave us a second room and it was worse! It smelled like smoke, the was a large burn on their red wall and hole on another wall. Additionally, there were two wall air conditioners; one functioning and one not and the one that was not working, was falling out of the wall! The television turns on by a switch located 6 feet from the unit itself (not by a remote) and we did not discover this until the next day (when we initially called the front desk to tell them the tv wasn't turning on, they told us they had no maintenance person at the time). There were smears of what could be blood or dirt on the walls. The room was $177 for the night. If it was $77 then I could understand. Don't stay here!…
We were supposed to have a nonsmoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke! There were cracks in the shower walls and a missing ceiling tile in the bathroom. There was also other people’s trash under the bed. However, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
This was the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in some cheap rooms. The floors are dirty with stains on it. One of the lamps are busted. The ac looks like it was busted. The rooms are hot and muggy. I wouldn’t stay here again. Customer service was nice and its a 10 minute ride from the boardwalk. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless u need a bed and a tv other than that it’s the worse.
We check into the first room there’s a big hole in the whole where it look like someone head went into it with red stuff running down, popcorn on the floor by the bed and hair on the bathroom floor. We tell management and they switch rooms. Then in the next room AC stops working, we tell the front desk and they tell us they going to reboot from downstairs. Come upstairs to check and the supervisor realize the room is hot and they bring a box fan. HORRIBLE. The sprinkler and fire alarm had tissue wrapped on it with rubber bands. All pic included. This was a quick last minute trip out of town which was a disaster.
This hotel was one of the worst hotels ever . Curtains were falling off , smelled really bad , front desk was horrible , marijuana’s and cigarette smell throughout the entire place . Cigarettes butts on the hall floor
