The hotel was very nice and have a nice pool. The facilities was well - equipped, the hotel have a tranditional style combined with modern. And it was located on the main street and very easy to find the hotel. Besides that, it was located near the local market, so it's very easy to buy something. About the staff, they...

The hotel looked good from the outside but once inside the rooms were grubby, bedding & furniture was stained and the floor hadn't been swept for a while. However the shower was hot and powerful. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical for this area with condensed milk. The number 1 big bonus for this hotel...

The hotel was nice and well equipped. The bathroom was very comfortable with both shower and bathtub. Friendly staffs who are always to help. Near places of interest. Breakfast included but don't expect something special. Just standard dishes

A four star hotel, nice and clean. At the time we visited it was far from full. Small enclosed, but nice pool area. Perfectly OK restaurant, but the breakfast would need a few "western additions". A bit to hard beds for my taste and back and the surroundings does not invite for walks... But very service minded staff which compensates...

Had been a few nights in the hotel. The room was good enough and large in the new building. Staffs are friendly and helpful upon my stay. No chance to try the breakfast due to the rush for meeting. Swimming pool is huge attached to the lounge bar. Everything was great but it is bit distance if you want to...

The hotel looked nice on the surface. But there were many things that were sub-par: - Leaky plumbing (water on bathroom floor every morning) - Hard mattress - Spotty WIFI that only worked in the lobby / restaurant - Moldy bathtub screen Management try to cut costs by not shining the lobby floor and not air conditioning it. They also...

We originally were going to stay for one night. However, we extended the stay, and got upgraded to one of the rooms on the top floor! There is also a pool and buffet breakfast every morning! I also appreciate the live music that plays in the lobby. Overall, this was an excellent hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Lucky Angkor looks great on the surface (the new building was only opened in 2012), but had lots of problems. The positive things first: a spacious, glamorous lobby; large pool; huge breakfast buffet (included and mostly Asian food); spacious, bright room; EXTREMELY kind staff. The problems: they could not find our Air-BnB booking on check in; the plumbing is terrible...

My wife and I landed at 10pm in siem reap and grabbed a taxi to the hotel. Looking around it was interesting as well as unnerving due to the uncertainty of Cambodia. However we rolled up to a beautiful looking hotel and were greeted by name at the front. Luggage was taken. Common small talk was had. And they basically...
