We stayed here in Mid December as part of our honeymoon trip through Cambodia, the staff went above and beyond with decorating the room etc which was very kind. During our stay it was evident that the staff here are excellent, all guests were looked after really well with continuous flow of room service, food and drink etc being consumed every day (would recommend the satay chicken which was delicious and a generous portion)
It is a very good hotel with all the facilities you need such as a spa and pool etc to relax. A free 1 way Tuk-Tuk is provided to hotel guests wanting to go into town (around 5 minutes away) which was handy!
Happy hour was popular in the evenings with very cheap cocktails by the pool bar, and guests get huge discount on the spa which was fantastic too and a no brainer to unwind.
For the price you really can’t go wrong with this hotel and thank you to Metta for an excellent stay with them!

We spent 5 nights at the Metta Residence. Really enjoyable stay. The rooms are large, clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is good and the staff organise a pack up for your early morning excursions to Angkor Wat. There is a lovely pool and a relaxing atmosphere as it's slightly out of the centre of town. The location may be a drawback for some but the hotel are happy to arrange a free tuk-tuk into the centre in the evenings.
Above all, the staff are excellent, very polite and helpful. They organised our day trips to angkor and they went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend if visiting Siem Reap.

The swimming pool was very clean and we received excellent service including towels provided. It was a great experience, providing a free tuk-tuk to go to the market in the evening, constantly checking to see if I needed anything, keeping my bags after check-out, and providing water while I was in the lounge while waiting for a taxi to go to the airport.
