We stayed here for 3 days towards beginning of 2023 off season and the Shintana crew could not have been more accommodating, responsive, and kind. The rooms were beautiful and large (the AC could have been a little more robust) and the overall hotel is stunning with great design (modern plus traditional plus organic all integrated well). We had several services (Khmer massage, manicures, pedicures) which were all great and on demand, the staff drove us everywhere and organized our tours of the temples (only 10-15 mins away), and we spent several hours just chilling by the pool with refreshments. The food was decent as well. But seriously, the service was really the star event. I would happily live here! Well done Shintana.

Exceptional service in a beautiful setting. Overwhelmed by the staff and peaceful environment. Stayed three days and found it refreshing and very accommodating. The pool is great. The Royal suite was spacious and very comfortable. Rainfall shower and a soaking tub. Close to the airport. Transportation services are available too.

loved this place. very small (8 rooms) in lovely villa. extremely friendly and helpful staff. they arranged tiki tuk and guide for angkor wat. our guide, tiger, was great. lovely pool. good breakfast and nice resto for lunch. a bit away from center but they provide tuk tuk to town (and pickup). a truly wonderful place.

The staff looked after us so well. From the complimentary airport pick up with fresh cold towels and coconuts for all the family to the daily room cleans and changing of the sheets. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with recommendations. We were in the family room which was perfect for our needs and very well kept. We really enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and free daily tuk tuk ride to town, the great breakfasts and the massages that we booked were also very good. Great attention to detail and they even ironed the washing (washing is extra) which was a nice touch! Good location, between the temples and town. Thanks for a lovely stay :-)

Jungle in the mid town Siem Reap, very nice resident for family and teamwork. Nature atmosphere, nice design and full facilities with friendly staff, their smile their help… I love them! I and my teams stay in next to each other and share door, it’s good for us to pass from room to room. Very recommended place. 🥰🥰🥰

This is a beautiful, modern hotel with elegant decor and run by a staff that treats you like family. We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time! The hotel was impeccably designed and comfortable. We were provided with a bottle of wine, and nuts and cheese. The minibar was stocked daily and was complementary. I will miss the staff - they took care of our every need and made our stay in Siem Reap effortless. We got picked up at the airport and they provided fresh coconut water! They adjusted my breakfast to suite my finicky diet, and provided many welcome drinks during our stay. They helped us plan our visit to the temples and arranged a tuk-tuk for all our outings to the markets, restaurants, and even salon! The driver was so kind and adjusting - Mr. Phim! He made sure we had cold water with us at every stop and a cold towel cloth to cool us down. He even stopped on the road when I wanted to photograph some monkeys. David, the owner was an amazing host and checked in with us often. He even dropped us at the airport! Cambodia is a remarkable place to visit and Shintana Saya is the place to stay if you want to be treated like royalty!…

Very nice quiet, small hotel with a wonderful staff. Many nice extras like a bottle of wine and snacks in the room upon check in, water bottles in the refrigerator and fresh fruit brought to the room at night. The immediate neighborhood looks a little questionable, but we had no issues at all. The staff gets to know you and calls you by name. The rooms are large and clean with a comfortable bed. When you leave for an excursion they immediately clean your room so as not to bother you. Upon returning you are greeted by the staff and offered a cold drink. The pool is nice and the food at the hotel is very good. Anything you need, the staff are eager to help. From arranging tours, tuk tuks , to any reservations. I only have positive things to say about this hotel. Highly recommend!

Hands-down, this was the very best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life (and I’ve done a lot of travel)!! Their customer service is absolutely second to none. They were so helpful and kind, and able to arrange any excursion we wanted to do. They met us at the airport for a complimentary airport pick up, and gave us a cool hand towel and fresh coconut water. All the staff came out to greet us when we arrived, and welcomed us “home.” There was a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit plate waiting for us in our room, and every time we returned to the hotel we were greeted with another refreshing drink. We were treated like family the entire time. I wish I could give more than five stars, because this resort was in a class by itself.
