After a recent 6-night stay I can see why this guesthouse so justly deserves all the “excellent” traveller ratings it receives and is every bit worthy of the “2017 Travellers Choice TripAdvisor Award”. It is incredibly well run by the delightful Ly family and Lori – the “foreigner in residence”. They take care of all your needs and there doesn’t...

When we stayed at Seven Candles Guesthouse we felt like we were staying in someones home. In a way we were. The owner, Ponheary Ly and family live on site. The Guesthouse is open and airy, with several areas to sit and relax. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a great value. They offer a very good cook to order...

Basic, but comfortable with a good breakfast and very very friendly people. Lots of good information and transportation (bikes etc) available. I will continue to stay here whenever I am back in Siem Reap.

A great base for exploring Siem Reap. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money! Staff were accomodating and pleasant, providing helpful information upon check-in with the low down on where to eat and what to do as well as free pick-up from the bus station. Building was breezy and homely with films, shows, games and books all readily...

I love this place. This was the first place I stayed on my own and I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. The people there is what made my stay so memorable, especially my tuk-tuk driver Leap. The room was lovely, it was cleaned daily, the bed was so comfy (Especially the pillows, wow) and there were tea...

Really helpful staff. The room was basic but had everything we needed. They organised our transport to Angkor Wat and the airport and at fair prices. The breakfast was nice but remember to use insect repellant. Location is good and walking distance to restaurants and the main areas. There is a convenience store across the road and a few local...

I'm not a smoker and can´t remember seeing anyone smoking either. The rooms were very clean and fragrant, that I can tell you.

I believe if this is an important issue, you should address it to Kalyan You at the Front Desk.
