This hotel is gorgeous. A beautiful blend of nature, Khmer and Scandi design. The staff are wonderful - hospitable, welcoming, professional and kind. The rooms are a good size, with all the amenities one might need and more (complimentary drinking water, fruit and mini bar although this is re-stocked on request or every 3 days), the bed felt like clouds and the bathroom rain shower and other facilities, delightful. The infinity pool on the 2nd floor is a joy, as is the Canopy bar food and drink, enhanced even more by the lovely staff that take care of it. The breakfasts at the Seed restaurant are wonderful, again with excellent staff taking care of you. Reception was always staffed with friendly and well informed colleagues. The Romiet restaurant makes really tasty food, with great staff again. Brown Coffee also did nice food and drink! It's got a great location, along the Siem Reap river, walkable to other bars, restaurants and 'pub Street'. Despite this it is very peaceful in and around the hotel. Plenty of local transport options available to go places easily. My feedback to enhance future experiences: 1) In the evenings, be good if more mosquito coils were lit to keep the mosquitoes away at that time around where people are sitting while at the pool/bar area/ outside areas. 2) No bidet or equivalent washing facility (only toilet paper) - out of keeping with what is normally used in South East Asia for hygiene. We had a wonderful stay overall, felt really looked after and would love to stay again the next time we are in Cambodia.

A wonderful modern hotel with excellent, professional service and a good breakfast. Situated in the city centre near the river. Comfortable large beds with a set of pillows. The rooms are large, the toilet, shower and bathroom had all the necessary accessories. The room was cleaned twice a day during our absence. My wife and I really enjoyed our week-long stay at the hotel. Alexandr

Excellent hotel: friendly, clean, perfect beds, very central location, quiet. We were allowed to check out at 14:30, which is very much appreciated because we were able to clean up before going to the airport. I recommend it for both tourism and work

Modern, clean, eco-friendly hotel in the heart of Siem Reap. Beautiful hotel design with sculpture and art in the center garden. Staff were warm, friendly, attentive. Large, spacious room with firm king bed. Re-usable glass water bottles were provided during the whole stay to reduce plastic bottle usage. The attached restaurant and coffee shop were superb – great spots for relaxation and people-watching. Only a short, 5 minute walk across the river to a neighborhood full of restaurants and nightlife, and a lovely Buddhist temple. Only a short drive to Angkor Thom area. We highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was amazing. We loved everything about it. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The size, layout and quality of the room was exceptional..drawers in the bathroom under bench a bonus too. The food at the restaurant and then at the breakfast dining area was of very high quality. We particularly liked that we could order from the breakfast menu which had a great range of tasty dishes. The infinity pool with the bar nearby was a calm place for relaxation after a hot day seeing the nearby sights. I also enjoyed a full body massage at the spa which I would highly recommend and would rate as one of the best I’ve ever had and reasonably priced as well. The whole vibe of this place is beautiful… peaceful and calm.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in SR, don’t look any further. Treelike Urban Hotel is amazing, one of the best I have seen in SE Asia. The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed, in a well balanced combination of materials. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds are the beyond comfortable. The room has everything you need, including a Bose speaker, Netflix and the most comfortable slippers out there. There is a lovely infinity pool where they serve a proper food and drinks menu as well. For breakfast I tried a couple of dishes from the a la carte menu which were all good and a big pro for having a lot of healthier options available. Very good coffee by the way. The size of the hotel is just perfect, not huge and not tiny either. This makes it quiet but lively at the same time. Location is awesome. Walking (or tuk tuk) distance to a lot of restaurants and places for a drink (try Miss Wong) but not amidst of the pub street craziness. I arranged a multiple day tuk tuk driver to go to the temples via the hotel, which may have been a bit overpriced compared to arranging it directly with a driver but definitely worth it since they got me a trustworthy gentleman and take away breakfast was included. But the most striking thing of it all where the people of Treeline. They truly have the kindest group of staff you could ever imagine, which made me feel truly at home in Siem Reap.
For me, the only downside was the fact that the they accepted a tour group (not sure if they do it more often), which is not common for this type of hotel. But of course I understand they need some extra occupancy after covid.

Amazing!! We stayed here as part of our honeymoon for 3 days and absolutely loved it. We were booked into the junior suite and it was stunning - every detail was beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable.
We also arrived to a huge bunch of flowers and the staff even found out it was my birthday, gave me a cake and sang happy birthday to me which was so sweet!!
The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to loads of things including bars, street food stalls and restaurants. Plus the noodle restaurant was really good - the spring rolls were amazing and my husband loved the noodles he ordered.
I have way too many good things to say about this hotel to list them all here. The rooms are fantastic, the staff are wonderful, the breakfasts are creative and delicious with loads of vegan options, fantastic iced coffee, and we loved the fact the hotel is also an art gallery.
If you're thinking about booking here, do it!! You won't regret it. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely book here again when we're next in Siem Reap.

We’ve had an amazing stay at Treeline and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Siem Reap. They have assisted us in all our excursions, the hotel offers a fantastic breakfast selection and the rooms are beautifully presented and maintained. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is to small an ask. They have their own tuck tucks and cars to help you get around the city but it’s a very central location to some fantastic eats and bars. I love the decorations of the suites and the rooftop bar and pool is a welcome retreat after a day exploring the temples.
Thank you Treeline!

This place is incredible - from the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel is very centrally located right on the river and a quick 5-10 minute walk from many restaurants and the tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. The entire property was immaculate and very detail was well-thought out. Attentive and accommodating, the staff went above and beyond and remembered us despite our short stay, even arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Even after checkout, they stored our bags while we used the pool and made sure we were well taken care of. Oh, and the complimentary foot massage was a very nice way to relax after touring Angkor Wat all morning. If you are coming to Siem Reap, you must stay here!
